I paid for the table seating for the Samhaim event at the TempleLive venue. The ticket said that some exclusive items were included with the table purchase as well as access to an early meet and greet. The NWA website specifically said the times were between 5 and 6pm. We arrived at 530, and were told by a Temple employee that NWA was not allowing anymore people into the meet and greet, as they had a time restraint. Which made no sense as I had read the prior on their website. We didn’t want to argue, so we stood in line. As we got into the venue, and found our seats, we noticed that our table seemed to have been ransacked. We looked at the 2 other tables on either side of us, and we saw the product they had received and we realized ours had been stolen before we could get to the table. I went and spoke with the GM of Temple, and he said he would speak to the organizers of NWA but when I tried to find him after the event he was nowhere to be found. I watched while a group of people had an issue with seating, and a woman helped both the group of 5 as well as some other folks with their issues including the merchandise that had been stolen from us. When I tried to speak to the woman, she completely ignored me. We spent our fair share for the tickets, and yet we were left empty handed just so greedy people can prosper. This event was very poorly organized, the independent promotion that usually runs out of the temple works so much better because they care about their fans. NWA showed us that they do not. Even if this event comes back to another venue, I will not attend Samhaim or any other NWA event in the future. They have lost a loyal fan to your promotion this way, not that it will effect you in anyway
