My mom and I came to the rodeo Saturday night! She absolutely loved it!! She recently moved back from Georgia!! Definitely attend again!
We go every year. This is first time in this section and it was horrible. I’m only 5’3 and I was cramped in seats. They packed everyone in like sardines to make that extra buck. It was miserable!!!
zero leg room - $10 to park. Line of cars to get I . Overpriced food and drink. Maybe I was spoiled by the Houston Rodeo
This was the sixth year my granddaughter and I attended, plus this year I brought my grandson and daughter. The rodeo was not up to par for a Saturday night final. The animals won almost everything. The ladies were good but it takes more. The venue caught us off guard this year. Too many events going on at once. Ended up parking two miles away ( I am recovering from knee replacement) so walking through grass, dirt, med animal feces was a nightmare and after getting into the building we were at the furtherest end of the expo center. Finally made it but missed first twenty minutes due to taking so much time getting there. NO handicapped parking for those of us with both tags, canes and walkers!!! Parking attendants blamed it on the trucks pulling animals taking up all parking for cars. I’m not sure about next year. It was such a disappointing experience and my seven year old grandson informed me he didn’t want to come back. That hurt!!!!
The show was excellent. Our group ranged from ages 12-65 and everyone enjoyed the rodeo. The venue needs improvement. We have been to a variety of events in multiple venues and this is the worst I have been in. The seats were extremely small, even my 80 lb 12 year old didn’t have a ton of room. Not only were the seats small but there was absolutely no leg room. When sitting properly in the seats our knees were pretty much in the person in front of you’s back. The venue just needs some updates and improvements in Freedom Hall, but the rodeo was an excellent show.
The rodeo was amazing. The North American livestock expo and rodeo is something i look forward to every year. 5 stars everytime. Only problem was ticketmaster was glitching when pulling up the tickets. I believe it was because so many people were on the app at that time.
I enjoy the rode but I expect more riders. I hope next year if it come back that they will have more riders.
This was a great family experience! The men and women who participate in the events are talented and very brave. We truly enjoyed the performance.
When I scheduled for us to go to this event neither of us had been in a while. Turned out to be really good! Lighting, sound, events all flowed together well. We most likely will be attending next year!
I am a city girl, and had no clue how much fun it would be to watch the rodeo. Needless to say I can’t wait to do it again. Nothing I expected, but an absolute blast!!!
It was great entertainment- loved the extra show with the wrangler and girl on the horse doing tricks The clown could be funnier…. Talked to much about nothing We would definitely go again
Our first time at the North American Championship Rodeo and it won’t be the last. It was a blast. Recommend everybody goes at least once
Was a great experience. Reasonably priced and family friendly. Had a wonderful time.
Exciting and thrilling! A perfect whole family experience. The only way to make it any better, is to have the rodeo more than once a year.
The rodeo would have been enjoyable of they didn’t have the announcers speakers turned up so loud that it was painful for the entire experience. Think heavy metal rock concert loud. Every time he would speak you could feel the vibrations in your chest. It was so painfully loud that we left after 30 minutes because we all developed a headache. On the way out I asked an attendant why the volume was so loud and she just shook her head and said that every time there’s a rodeo the do it that way. It was a waste of time and money for us and we will never go back.
This is our 3rd time going and this year it sold out that night and the next. A rodeo is a complete new and different experience in person. Truly some amazing talent involved.
That was incredible! It was our first time experiencing the rodeo and we had so much fun!
The show moved along, and there was always entertainment. The Veterans' Day tribute was wonderful. The trick cowboy and cowgirl was fun to watch. Our 3 granddaughters had never been to a rodeo, and they really enjoyed it. Our grandson enjoyed it too.
I loved the rodeo, no complaints for the show. The bronc riding was probably my favorite part! My only complaint is the the seats @ Freedom Hall were WAY too small and tight together. Definitely not made for people with actual meat on their bones.
This was our 20th year of attending, we enjoy it Everytime, never a dull moment.
