our team lost but i enjoyed watching the game. Tickets to Gotham FC are reasonably priced -- a rarity today. It was cool to see such a big crowd at the game. I sit at the opposite end, far away from the "supporters" because of the excessive noise. nothing against cheering but I wish they would ban drums and such. Bonus: vendors gave away left over sausages after the game!
getting to the stadium by car was very difficult . The traffic trying to get over the bridge made us quite late. What is normally a 20 minute drive became a stress filled 90 mins. Directions to the car park were missing , so we went the wrong side ( east side ) and had to circle back , made us even later. Got in , no problem , found our seats. My daughter , about 15 mins after we got our seats decided to get fries.. She went to the concession stands , and was told 'sold out' .. The match itself was not so good, there were too many fouls for small things , so the game did not flow , very difficult to get an atmosphere going .. we left 15 mins before the end as did not want to get tangled in the awful traffic again. Unlikely to repeat the experience considering the cost in $$ and time for a less than mediocre event

We lost 1 to 0. I take Uber to and from any weekend Red Bull Arena events on a weekend regular basis as long as my fiancée Rosemary and I don’t have family events going on. The Harrison Police Department take forever to get the fan base traffic out after the games are over. The beer and booze and all food at every concessions stand and concessions portable and the Bodega are insanely expensive. We need affordable prices on everything. Will be coming back again real soon. Go Goths.
The game was great, well organized and entertaining from before the match started and during. Stadium has good parking and really good food/drink options.
I loved going to the game but Red Bull arena was not equipped for the amount of parking needed
Brought my 11 year old daughter and her friend! They both play soccer and love the game! It was a fantastic experience !!! Can’t wait to go again!
Drag show was phenomenal; the atmosphere was energetic; DJ was in point - had such a great time! Face painting lines were incredibly long and all the kids looked genuinely happy. it was fun seeing everyone with soccer shirts repping their team and the vibes was incredible to be honest. I’m definitely going back to catch another match.
The game was great. Such a good crowd. However tough to find parking. HS to park on the street and walked. But other than that was fun.
Yes, and considering today’s facts that even though we’re in the year two thousand and twenty three, and not nineteen hundred and twenty three: Significantly underpaid million dollar female world class soccer athletes but they play better than the men’s higher million dollar male athletes. The women’s soccer club here and nationwide needs equal million dollar paychecks equal to the men’s soccer teams. Luckily I make two high checks from my nonprofit organization custodian office including my other check to cover the overpriced food, snacks, beer, sodas, and waters. Unlike myself: Autism noise cancellation unfriendly too if I were to bring a friend who’s an adult student at Independence360 www.spectrum360.org from the Independence360 Whippany NJ campus. Here’s my biggest issue: Where’s the autism quiet room located for some of my friends if I were to bring them I clean up after for my living?
Big Gotham FC fan here. First game at Red Bull Stadium. Access by train is very easy! Seats were great, we enjoyed the food at the venue. Fans bring lots of drums to the game, which I thought was overkill. They never stopped making noise, even when the announcers were speaking. Annoying. I totally understand their passion but they are not the only people there and need to know that constant drumming means that nobody can hear what the players are saying to each other, which some of us find interesting, and it prevents us from talking with the friends we sit with. Oh, well, I’ll just watch on TV like usual. I won’t be back.
We had the privilege of joining the Cloud 9 fans to watch the amazing Gotham FC play! Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and we had the best time. Vamos Gotham!
This was my second game, we really enjoyed it. Definitely would go back for another game.
An app should be created like the Red Bulls app or be accessible through the Ticketmaster app. Having to go to my web browser every game etc. is quite bothersome. Not very user friendly, also you should be able to buy day of tickets through the Gotham Ticketmaster app to add to previous bought tickets without issue and not having to use Ticketmaster app and then Gotham website.
We really appreciate the opportunity to see an event at the Red Bull arena. The arena is very beautiful. Well worth it for a fun day out.
Was my first time seeing a NWSL game because I am from Puerto Rico and I enjoy it. Everything was clean, accesible and the energy was the best part.

Brought my 11 year old nephew. Went early because in the past they had kid activities. Nope just a Biergarten for adults. After the game stayed for autographs and the big players they use in advertising to sell tickets didn’t come by. It was a big disappointment. Attendance was terrible for a NY team. Maybe they should get some tips from LA. Too bad too because it’s a great venue.
Game was great. But Sanchez hurt and trinity never show up. I have 4 more games to go
YOU NEED TO PROMOTE THIS MORE FOR THE FEMALE PLAYERS JUST LIKE YOU DO FOR THE MALE PLAYERS. NEED TO SUPPORT OUR WOMEN MORE THEY ARE THE WORKING PEOPLE TOO.
