    Great game !

by Lefrak on 4/2/11Madison Square Garden - New York

Great game. Very entertaining and exciting play by both teams. Finally got some great seats to a Garden event. It was a treat hearing the southern accents of the Alabama fans. I couldn't understand a word they were saying, but knew they too were enjoying themselves by their antics and hooping and hollering !

NIT is a great time if you are in NYC

by spring124 on 4/2/11Madison Square Garden - New York

The NIT is a distant second to the big dance, but getting a chance to watch the final game in Madison Square Garden was still a blast. Both Alabama and Wichita State had loud fans and there was plenty of pageantry. We were on vacation in New York and went on a whim and watched a great game in a cool venue

    NIT

by CUBuffsFan on 4/1/11Madison Square Garden - New York

The basketball was fun, but beer is pretty weak, in my opinion.

    Couldn't see a thing

by UnhappyNYer on 3/31/11Madison Square Garden - New York

Although I was in the 5th row of the loge on the side of the court, I missed the whole 1st game beacuse the people in the 1st & 2nd row insisted on standing thru the whole game (even though it was a 30 pint blow out). It's amazing that people can be that inconsiderate. There were many unhappy customers seated in my section. People complained to the personell who never did anything to rectify it. I will think twice before I spend money on thise tickets again. You get a much better seat at home in front of the TV (unless some fool stands right in front of the TV!)

    NIT PICK

by BobDonnelly on 3/31/11Madison Square Garden - New York

It was a rush to have a courtside seat in the Garden. $55 including all fee's was worth just that. The Final Four of this tournament brought lots of teams here that woudn't be here otherwise. Worth the trouble. PS - liked that the circus-like announcer was not working this game - unlike the NBA's mistaken belief that fans want an announcer to bellow what they had just witnessed. A nice advantage over PRO B'ball

    Nothing open

by WorldTraveler60 on 3/31/11Madison Square Garden - New York

We went to the NIT semi-final games on Tuesday. We were more interested in the second game so we had dinner first and arrived just before the second game started. At half time of the second game we couldn't find any concessions open. Not even to buy a bottle of water!

easy ticket access at Madison Square Garden

by Johnguy on 3/31/11Madison Square Garden - New York

Very easy to obtain ticket through the kiosk. The easiest pickup of a ticket that I have had.

    It's good college basketball

by STYM on 3/31/11Madison Square Garden - New York

Nobody seems to care about this tournament I myself have been coming few quite a few years and will continue to keep going. It's good college basketball, the ncaa's wanted to expand to 128 teams well were do you think these teams would've come from the NIT.But if they were in the ncaa tournament now they would be a good team what a joke. If you like college basketball come and see for yourself

    A near-miss for the Buffs

by AKBuffs on 3/31/11Madison Square Garden - New York

Great to see CU back in the NIT Semi-Finals for the first time in 20 years. Disappointed that the old Alma mater fell one point short of beating 'Bama but not at all disappointed by their effort. My wife and I had a terrific time.

    Great venue - great game!

by 55DMB55 on 3/22/11Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard - Bridgeport

The Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard provides an intimate atmosphere which makes enjoying a basketball game enjoyable. As a Fairfield U graduate, I appreciate the opportunity to see my alma mater play at such a great venue. I only wish the outcome of the game had been different!
