The Guys of Nightranger are still touring for a reason. They still enjoy playing and it shows. They gave a steady dose of rocking hits from their hey day as well as mixing in a few covers. They actually played AC/DC's "Highway to Hell". The energy level was high and the show was high octane. Very impressive.
Incredible show! Amazing musicians still after all these years.
All I can say is that these guys know how to Rock! They are every bit as good as they were back in the day! I will definitely go see them again!
This was a fantastic show! I saw Night Ranger at the Mud Island Amphitheatre in Memphis in 1988, and this show was just as good in terms of the music and enthusiasm with which the band performed. They've still got it after all these years. Wish they could find more commercial success now but glad they're still Rockin' America!
If you loved 'em 25 years ago, you won't be disappointed. They bring an A game that shows a commitment to craft and loyalty to songs that have meant a career and life for young punks from the west coast. I could have paid twice as much for tickets and still gotten my money's worth.
WOW! Let me just say, "You can STILL, ROCK IN AMERICA!" Night Ranger was fabulous!! They played all their hits and even the great songs that never became big radio hits!! The acoustic session rocked! They had plenty of energy! I loved the small venue, we were able to get right up to the stage. My only criticism... Online, the Palladium said the concert started at 8pm. It did not start until a little after 9pm and I had to work out alternate arrangements with my babysitter because she could not stay long enough. The staff at the Palladium knew the show did not start until 9pm. I wish some courtesy would have been given to explain that the doors opened at 8pm but the show did not start until 9pm.
I grew up in the Bay Area and saw Night Ranger perform several times in the 80's. This was my first time to see them play live in over 20 years and they sounded very similar to how I remember them. All 3 of the original band members have aged very well...Jack still has the same long 80's hair style and boyish grin; Brad is still an excellent guitarist and Kelly's vocals are still rich and strong! Even though there was a small crowd, you could tell they really enjoyed performing their hits and they maintained a high energy level throughout their set.
I am almost ashamed to admit this was my first Night Ranger concert at age 41. But it was well worth the wait! I can't believe how good these guys still sounded. The small crowd was a disappointment to me, in that Dallas 40-somethings really missed a great show. But you would never know that the crowd was small by how intensely the band performed.
OMG!! NIght Ranger was absolutley AMAZING!! They were so fun! They did like 4 night ranger songs, played Damn Yankees, and Doors, Iron Maiden, Van Halen, and MANY OTHERS!! It was just, WOW!! [in a good way of course :)) ]
Night Ranger was awesome live - please bring them back - would go again in a heartbeat - they were high energy, talented, played all the right songs - LOVED IT - we also went the next night to Loverboy - okay - and Billy Squire - not so good - Night Ranger even allowed us to talk to them after the show - Jack Blades is an incredible musician and entertainer!!!! SO MUCH FUN!!!!
I always loved Night Ranger in the 80's, and they haven't lost a step. Time has only improved what was already amazing. I knew it would be a good show, after all, the songs are great. What amazed me most was the musicianship. When a band can go from firey rock, to a short classical guitar riff, to an amazing acoustic set...and do it all with amazing accuracy...that is TRUE talent!
i've seen night ranger 6 times in the past. they always put on a good show. if you are in to the 8o's bands. always's check out night ranger they won't disapoint.
They really played the Beatles very well. Night Ranger was great also. Kelly and Christian stole the show.
This was the 12th time I have seen Night Ranger, and every show they have done has been GREAT!!!! Night Ranger is the best LIVE BAND EVER!!!!!!!! I have seen a lot of shows, mostly in the 80's, and I seen NO other band come close to them when it comes to a live show. KEEP ROCKIN' NIGHT RANGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just saw Night Ranger tonight at our local county fair in Kennewick, Wa. They rocked the house. I have always loved their music from the 80's. But they are even better in person. They rock out and they are amazing! They play all the best hits and then some fun stuff too! They also play acoustic music that is just amazing as well. Go see them! And you if you see them with Journey, You are so blessed times 2! Highly recommend both concerts. You won't be disappointed
Night Ranger brought the house down at BB Kings! This was my first time seeing this band perform, but it certainly won't be my last! They put on an amazing show which included all their hits, some new material, and even the song "High Ehough" from Jack's other band Damn Yankees...AWESOME!! It was an extra-special treat to see this band at a venue like BB Kings...real up-close and personal. The band was nice enough to come out and meet fans after the show. They spent lotsof time talking, taking pictures and signing autographs, which was the perfect ending to a spectacular night of music in NYC!!
The show was fantastic. It was my first time seeing them in concert and they did not disappoint. They played all the hits and had great energy! I hope they come back next year.
THEY STARTED ON TIME , NO OPENING ACT THEY GOT ON STAGE THEY ROCK THE PLACE .
Great Show, better than ever- Packed house- Great set list, played all the hits + more! The boys came out after the show for meet and greets- signed anything and everything, friendly, genuine- took pictures with everyone and made a point to reach out to any kids that were there- Jack & Brad went above and beyond-
