Night Ranger's popularity is fueled by a number of instantly recognizable hit singles and signature album tracks, such as "Sister Christian", "Don't Tell Me You Love Me", "When You Close Your Eyes", and the anthemic "(You Can Still) Rock In America. Over the years, the band's music has also made notable contributions to and been featured in many different areas of global media and pop culture. Night Ranger has been touring around the globe throughout 2022 and their latest album, ATBPO which stands for (And The Band Played On) was released in August of 2021. Great time with all the amazing guys from Night Ranger!
Jumping jamming leaping lights fire patriotic fun nostalgic evening. Sounded great after all these years. Loved every minute of it!!!
Night Ranger was awesome and the venue was great. This was our first time at this venue and will definitely go back there again.
Night Ranger sounded AMAZING on Friday night! Played all the song I wanted to hear. Vocals were great & they still rocked it! Go see them!
Jefferson City amphitheatre is small which created an intimate experience. Night Ranger still rocks. The band loves and enjoys what they are doing still and it is very evident. Brad Gellis even said to us that he loves his job.
We traveled two hours from the St. Louis area for this concert. This venue is great as long as the weather holds out (it did for us). The food they serve smelled very good, though we didn't partake. We did have some tasty drinks, which were reasonably priced. Night Ranger was energetic (especially for their age), musically up to the task, and did not miss a classic song (while inserting a few others as well). I will say the sound was a bit muddy. I would have liked to have heard crisper guitar solos, but the other guitars seemed to mess up the sound. Overall, it was a very good concert experience.
Nelson opened and did a great job Night Ranger was awesome. Together over 40 years, they were tight. They played the hits and songs that we all love. Don't know why I waited so long to see them and will definitely go to see them again. š¤ If the venue had fixed restrooms and a couple of big screens above each side of the stage, it would have been primo I'm sure they'll make improvements, since the venue is fairly new and is just now getting exposure
Night Ranger put on a great show; they interacted with the crowd, sounded great and looked like they were having fun.
They need a new sound man. So load the music was distorted!!
Night Ranger put on a really good show. Kelly Keagy had a few hiccups with his voice, but he's 72 years old, it was an outdoor show, and it was a bit chilly out, so these things happen. However, the sound was NOT good. There was very little clarity in the overall mix, it was midrange heavy, and the snare drum came through like a crackling box of cereal. Your average concert-goer probably doesn't know the different, but I go to a lot of shows and am a musician so I know that it could have, and should have, sounded much better.
The music was movement from the start. Everyone closer to the stage was dancing. They played all their great hits, When You Close Your Eyes, Dont Tell Me You Love Me, Sentimental St, Sister Christian and a whole lot more. They were flinging out guitar picks like crazy ..i got 3 to add to my collection. Altogether, it was a great night for Rock n Roll!
We didn't know if there was an opening band or not. Turns out there wasn't. They put on a good show and I enjoyed hearing some of the Damn Yankees songs. I had never seen them or Noght Ranger so it was good to see them. The person in front of me spent half the show holding her phone up for me so I could watch the show as she recorded it.
The show was excellent. Tons of energy from the band and the crowd. Music sounded great. Very clean and a great mix of songs. The band interaction with the crowd was also fun. I have been a fan since they started out and have all of their albums.
Iāve seen them before and they didnāt. Play all the ballads-loved they did this time. Great show!! LOVED they played Goodbye as part of the set. Was so bummed last time I saw them they didnāt.
I went to see a night ranger concert not an Ozzy, Alice Cooper or Damn Yankees concert. They need to play more of their songs. Felt like I was at a cover band concert.
Night Ranger was great .. I have loved them for as long as they have been around and they are a great rock band ... I love you boys ā¤ļø keep on rocking in America and love the high road
Night Ranger was phenomenal and loved it, but where we sat at the Hoyt Sherman, on the right side we could not see the drummer at all. When I bought the tickets they didn't say anything about blocked view. I think the drums should have been center stage because he is one of the lead singers and it sucked not being able to see him. There would have been quite a few people that didn't have a view of the drummer. I don't know if this is a Hoyt Sherman thing or a Night Ranger thing on how they set up.
Great Show, Great Venue. They Played the hits and touched on songs from Dam Yankees, Ozzy, and Covered a bit of deep Purple. Motor yourselves out to see them, you won't be disappointed.
The concert was spectacular! Played the majority or their hits along with some Damn Yankees and cover songs. Upgraded stage show was awesome too! After all these years, they certainly haven't lost their touch!
Phenomenal! They sounded great and played all the great Night Ranger hits and Damn Yankees too.
