It was my first time going to an event at Comerica it was amazing, We were treated with friendliness, professionalism, we were guided were we needed to go. AMAZING!! The Show OMG!!! We purchased 4 tickets and we were upgraded WHAT!!!!! Thank you so much !! We are making plans for ALL your Christmas presentations.
I liked the vibe. i took my 3 year old daughter to Nick Jr Live. She was super excited. Overall i think she had a good time. She danced a little here and there. Only thing i would say is that, i would have liked them to be a little more interactive with the kids. I think hearing the actual characters ask for more interaction would initiate the kids and maybe they would be more into the performance.
DJ Rubble had my little one grooving and singing away. It was awesome
While the singing left a lot to be desired, i give the cast props for maneuvering the characters and dancing around. Was hoping for a little more, but we had rows of open seats around us allowing my daughter to dance in the aisle and she enjoyed it. That was worth it for me. :)
The overall performance was disappointing. The kids still enjoyed it, but they lost attention due to the content of the show.
I enjoyed taking my granddaughter and watching her dance and sing along to all her favorite Nickjr characters... She'll REALLY enjoy the DISNEY live show in Dec Thank you for making my gbaby's birthday a super special day❤💯
Everything was fantastic from the music to the production.
Awesome show! Will definitely see them again, children really enjoyed the dances that they were able to participate in.
my daughter is almost 2 and she absolutely loved all of it she stood on the chair and danced and waved and her eyes were wide open the whole time she had the biggest smile it was so great just to watch her reaction the whole time.
It was wonderful, the kids were singing and dancing. It was like watching a mini-me concert. So absolutely adorable. They kids knew the songs and were excited to see their favorite characters. I thought the performance was a bit short, but I think it was perfect for the little ones. Nice long intermission for everyone to stretch their feet or go use the facilities without the fear of missing the second act.
My daughter was excited to go to this event. Having never been to such a show, I was thoroughly impress at the creative minds behind this show. I will definitely consider future shows while she is still young.
interactive with the audience was great little bit of a wait from lobby area to be seated (not fun when there are little ones involved) Should see about Chase being in it. He is one of the most favorite ones (Paw Patrol) souvenirs weren't too outrageous in price and had a good variety of things
I thought the show was entertaining for small kids but i was disappointed with how cheaply the production was. I felt like there should have been full costumes.
My almost 3 year old jumped and danced the whole time. It was her first live show and she enjoyed it. Our only complaint is that only 2 paw patrol characters were in the show.
It was fun and energetic . My son love it he had a blast. It was just very short event!!
I thought the entire show was outstanding! The performers were all so talented and really made the characters come alive. My granddaughter was in seventh heaven seeing all her Nick Jr. friends. All the kids could relate to the characters and music. It was fun watching the others in the audience sing and dance.
My 2 and 4 yr olds loved the show. A good mix of characters from the TV shows, but could have used more Blaze appearances. The show was too short for what we paid, but kids have short attention spans, so it was fine.
The performances are crisp and engaging and the music is both energetic and memorable in this charming tale of adventure made for the young set. Dora (of Explorer fame) and Rubble and Marshall (from Paw Patrol) are the MCs, and a host of other characters from the rest of the Nick Jr. cable TV show lineup appear. All the songs, save two (one is the finale, which in the storyline is written by Rubble), are from the cable shows, so children will be happy to hear and dance to their favorite tunes. Shimmer and Shine have four of the familiar songs, and those two talents--like virtually all the performers here college-trained in musical theater--bringing to life the genies-in-training redefine unison in song and step. Dora gives a warm center to the show, Rubble as the DJ energetically raps and rocks, and Marshall is winningly upbeat. Surprise character appearances throughout the program delight the kids in the audience. The runtime of the show, which has an intermission, is about 1 hour and 30 minutes. There is a good selection of Nick Jr. Live merchandise, ranging in price from $5 to $20 or so; i.e., about half that charged at a Broadway show. Be on time, as curtain is just a few minutes after the hour. All in all, it's 90 minutes of great fun for the tots and tots-plus--and parents and grandparents along for the day can expect to be humming a tune or three themselves on the way home.
It was our first time attending this type of event with our 4yr old and 1yr old, didn’t know what to expect. We had a great time and the kids loved it! Just wish there was time after for the kids to meet the characters, there were no more VIP available so couldn’t get that for my kids, but was able to snag great seats in the center orchestra 5th row from the stage, will buy earlier next time. We loved it!
The dialogue was perfect! Performers energetic and talented! The music was enjoyable - lots of "catchy" tunes. Both kids AND adults were engaged and involved! Well-worth seeing!!
