About

NF raps with raw grit and emotional authenticity, born of a lifetime of taking hits and getting back up again. He's earned 39 RIAA certifications, 16 Platinum plaques and 23 Gold honors. This success stems from genuine fan-fueled momentum -- connecting directly with fans in an authentic way.

His intimate yet propulsive tracks received two consecutive No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 with Perception and The Search. Often silent on self-promotion and social media, NF's massive achievements come straight from his music and lyrics resonating with fans. As Forbes noted, "NF's success speaks to what can be done these days outside of the traditional system, proving that with his strong fan base and his incredible drive, the success of NF is a true testament to his status as a talent in the hip hop world."

Nate Feuerstein came of age in Michigan, using music as both escape and expression, a way to channel his pain. Through the years, he's demonstrated the power of vulnerability on hits like the 8x Platinum "Let You Down" and "The Search." In 2015, he signed with Capitol Records; thus setting the stage to climb to rap dominance beginning with his album, Mansion followed by Therapy Session in 2016 and Perception in 2017, which debuted at No. 1 and eventually went 2x Platinum. In 2019, he dropped The Search, which also hit No. 1 and went 2x Platinum. His 2021 project CLOUDS (THE MIXTAPE), an inward-looking mixtape, again connected deeply with listeners, debuting within the top three on Billboard's Top 200 Albums Chart and Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums Chart.

Today, NF has tipped into global dominance having generated 40 billion streams and worldwide touring that has sold over half a million tickets to date. Emerging from a year of no new releases yet remaining one of the most consumed artists in the world, NF has released his fifth studio album, HOPE.

The show was great. The music was great. The venue.....not so much. I've been to places that are tight but wow I didn't know that many people could fit into one space.

by FellowMichigander on 5/10/1720 Monroe Live - Grand Rapids

A lot of energy. Non stop. Great performer. If I didn't know lyrics, would have been a lesser experience... could not hear him over the music very well.

His show was excellent with interactions, great sound and lights, and excellent music. I would see him again. Also, it wasn't too long of a concert. The perfect time.

    Incredible

by DaniCarlson on 5/1/17Myth - Maplewood

If you haven't had the chance to see NF, or even listen to him, make that a priority. The energy there during the show is indescribable. There's so much passion in what he does and it is so evident when he performs, it's hard to describe, you need to experience it. Definitely paying to meet him next time around.

    My boys love NF!

by MinnesotaMomFan on 5/1/17Myth - Maplewood

He's a great role model for my boys ages 16 and 12 , and we brought a friend age 11 and a niece age 17. He's passionate about his music. Very current. Clean lyrics. I paid for 6 of us to attend. Would do it again. When's he coming back to Minnesota? Only criticism...opening act Kyd the Band was ok, but not at NF's caliber and there was a very long gap to wait between their set and NF. Almost seemed as if the 2nd act failed to show up and there was no plan B.

    Lipsynced half the show

    by briank24708 on 5/1/17Myth - Maplewood

I am someone that enjoys listening to NF. I have both albums and love how deep the lyrics are. However, the very first song in his live concert was "Intro 2" which was extremely clear that he included the vocals so he was rapping along with the song. The lip syncing or pre-recorded set continued from that point on through half the show. After the half way point he finally had songs that did not include his voice. I don't care if the artist includes voice in set if its just the chorus but to include them in the verses is just plain lazy. Another part that was bad about the show was it was only 1 hour long. For 40$ it would have been better to stay home.

NF is the next big thing

by rdsaw on 5/1/17Myth - Maplewood

NF is hard hitting real and raw. He has honest lyrics that exposes who he really is. Not a fake production artist. Real music. Show was super high energy and he really connects with the fans. At one point the mic was a little off, he stopped the show to get it right and then replayed that song. Not just there to get paid, definitely had the fans best interest in mind. would recommend

First off, I will always recommend anyone who enjoys an artist to go see them live. It's a completely different way to experience the music. Anyways, NF didn't meet my expectations in a number of areas. I couldn't tell if it was the venue (Myth, Maplewood, MN) or just his sound setting but it was hard to hear any of the words he was saying. I lucky knew the songs but my brother was familiar with only a few so he just listen for the beat. The fan engagement was a struggle to witness. He only stopped between a few songs and had a lot of nothing to say. At one point he told a descent joke but then added, "I tell that joke at all my shows." Which fleft the crowd not knowing how to react. For a rapper who talks about his inner demons in all his songs he didn't bring it to the stage like I've seen other artist do. Last thing I'll touch on is that he hit the stage around 8:45 and only playing for an hour. We were out of there before 10pm on a Friday night which felt strange. We went out afterwards so the show felt like just a notch in the many things we did for the night. The performance was pretty good but he has a ways to go.

    NF-Therapy Session

by merranda on 5/1/17Myth - Maplewood

The venue sucked, my boyfriend and I could not see at all and the show was open to all ages at a night club. Don't have the show open to little kids, it's just awkward when you want to have fun and little kids are running around. As for the show I didn't see the opening act because they didn't sound good, NF was suppose to be on stage at 8pm, but didn't get on till 9pm or so. The show only lasted not even till 10pm. I'm seriously not happy at all with his show, I spent a good amount of money on this show and I'm completely disappointed. Waste of money, time and gas.

    Amazing concert

by iowalover on 4/29/17The Pageant - St Louis

The opener KYD the band did a good job of getting the crowd engaged, and then NF killed it.
