Very fun event. The competition was great The enthusiasm was awesome The technology was amazing The price was and will be a problem. Lots of people will go once to check it out but the cost is too high to make it a regular thing. It will become either an event for the very wealthy or just a made for tv thing. If a full house is important to THL it will have to moderate their cost.
To watch live the best pro golfers in the world play a match in two hours in a controlled environment and I don't have to leave my seat is a dream come true. It's like being front row at a PGA Major while sitting in your living room and having the players right there with you. They are so close. The virtual golf screen is huge and hole designs incredible to see. The chip and putt area are amazing to watch as they change the undulation of the green for each hole. The whole vibe is exciting and a great change for golf. Congrats Tiger, Rory and Mike. You're on to something great.
