the setup was very good with the two stages being set up, and only about 5 minutes between bands. skillet put on an amazing live show, one of the best that I have ever seen. I will definitely be attending x fest again
For the price of the ticket you can not beat the event. This was a great day of music and fun. The bands where awesome and played great. Dayton needs more events like this. The crowd was great and no trouble came out of it. There was kids in strollers, people in wheel chairs and others using canes. A truwe event for everyone that loves rock-n-roll and metal music. I recommend this event to everyone. There was a great variety of venders. tents for watching football and Halloween events (Land of Illusion). There were bands that rocked heavy and some that was not. WXEG did a great job putting this event together and pulling it off. I can not wait till next year.
This is my 4th year going to Xfest, and it is always a blast. You get to see 10 bands for a good price. It is on Sunday, so our day of rest becomes our day of ROCK!!! Can't wait till next year.

I have been to Xfest 4 years now and every year it seems there are more and more drunks in the crowd running into people and vomiting everywhere! A friend of mine when half way to stage to see Five Finger and she was vomited on. I sucks the fun out of a venue when its all you experience and see everywhere. I drink beer....but seemed to control myself.
This was a great concert!!! The crowd surfing was a little out of hand but all in all the bands were great!!!
This was a great show and I plan on attending it again next year. Five Finger Death Punch was probly my favorite of the show.
Could not enjoy the bands because of all the moshing and crowd surfing. Had VIP tickets but they where nothing more then high priced general admission. Was sup to have meet and greet with Theory of a Dead Man but the people at will call knew nothing at the time. When I tried to come back later they said if I left the area to go to will call there is no re entry. Seriously disappointed!!
This show was well put together and the sound was great.All the bands brought their A game,did not disappoint.
Alter bridge Skillet adelitas way kopek were all played amazing music glad it was my 1st Xfest!
Had the best time of my life!!! Took my 16 year old daughter with me and rocked it!
skillet put on the best stage show,i thought they were the best.i loved staind too,but i'm already hip to them,the first band i got there at the end of show,no band was a disappointment
X-Feat is always awesome and it def. doesn't seem to last long enough! Skillet was by far my favorite this year. Or maybe Theory of a Deadman. Either way, both rocked! Well, everyone really rocked out. CANNOT wait until next year!!
Great facility to see a show. There wasnt anything obstructing the view and the stqges were very close together.
This was one of the best lineup I have seen in many years of going to concerts. I hope the X-fest continues in the future to be like how it was this year.
x fest was great! The band selection was a job well done. Deffinatly will be back next year!!
I have been going to X-Fest for the last 5 years and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it everytime! The bands are always amazing and the people are great! I tell everyone I see every year that they need to go! Cant wait for next years to get here Im so ready for it again!
First time to x-fest. Didn't know what to expect, extremely satisfied
All of the band at x-fest 2011 were awesome. But staind was unforgettable. they really got the crowd going with all there favorite songs! i was so excited to get to see them there this year with all the other great bands. Theory of a deadman rocked!
The bands we saw were fricken awesome and the music they chose to play rocked. But what truly stood out in my mind was the crowd. I ended up near the mosh pits at the Donato's stage and the way those guys stopped Moshing to carry crowd surfers across the pit was truly bad ass. From what I saw of it the mood was great over all and fights were broken up quickly and the mood went right back to the fun. Top that withthe typical rock concert.. sights.. and it was the best time I have had in a while.
