After seeing them in Nashville in June 2011 for the first time, I couldn't resist buying tickets to see them in my hometown again a month later. It didn't disappoint. I had been impatiently awaiting to see BSB for 14 years and seeing them twice in one month was a dream come true. The show was high energy and packed with all my favorite songs. I was so impressed! NKOTB put on a great show and even though I wasn't a huge fan of them before, I am a huge fan now. 9 of the greatest pop icons together in one stadium... I'll never forget it.

  • Just awesome!!

That was my 5th time since they reunited cause i've never have the opportunity before. I went with my husband for the 4th time and my best friend from childhood which it was her 2nd time and we all three enjoy it. We paid the same money as the other concerts but we had a better view this time. I went for NKOTB more than BSB but seen them together for the first time was totally awesome. Great show!!....looking forward for the next one :-)

It was perfect. A dream come true. Literally the highlight of my summer and of my life. Brian waved an "I Love You" sign with his hands to me. Joey came into the audience and I held his hand. He touched my sister's hand and touched her then very pregnant belly (that baby is blessed!). And we had the best seats ever! The guys put on a perfect show. It was everything I expected and more. The only concerts I've ever been to has been Nick Carter 2002 and Backstreet Boys 2005, I'm not exactly sure why that is, except maybe I refuse to pay any money to see anyone sing unless it's them :D I adore Nick and all of the Backstreet Boys New Kids on the Block; Now the only thing I knew about them was my mom thought they were great and I liked only one of their songs. .......until now ♥ This concert was absolutely amazing!!!!! They sure did it big and I was amazed and had soo much fun. The concert itself lasted a good four hours which was well worth and even more of my 110 dollar tickets, if I had, had it; it would have been worth more than 500 a ticket. They sang some of my favorite songs; one being my all-time favorite since I first fell in love with this band (BSB) 'As long as you love me!!' The highlight of my evening included Nick walking right past me more than four times; one of which I touched his hand xD (I sound like a teenager LOL) and Brian walking past as well. New Kids standing on the boxes directly to the right of me, touching people's hands and singing to them. New Kids on the Block were amazing as well :D Never a dull moment!!! It's a memory to last forever and I look forward to many more Backstreet Boys concerts and hopefully a few more New Kids on the Block as well♥ KTBSPA♥♥KTNKPA ♥BACKSTREET'S BACK♥ ::SETLIST:: NKOTBSB Medley: "Single" / "The One" (contains elements of "Viva la Vida") New Kids on the Block "Summertime" Backstreet Boys "The Call New Kids on the Block "Dirty Dancing" Backstreet Boys "Get Down" New Kids on the Block "You Got It (The Right Stuff)" Backstreet Boys "Larger Than Life" New Kids on the Block "Didn't I (Blow Your Mind This Time)" "Valentine Girl" "If You Go Away" "Please Don't Go Girl" Backstreet Boys "Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely" "10,000 Promises" "I'll Never Break Your Heart" "Inconsolable" "Drowning" "Incomplete" New Kids on the Block "Step By Step" "Cover Girl" "My Favorite Girl" "Games" "Click Click Click" "Tonight" Backstreet Boys "Shape of My Heart" "As Long As You Love Me" "All I Have to Give" "If You Stay" (contains excerpts of "Raspberry Beret") "Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)" (contains elements of "Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough") New Kids on the Block "I'll Be Loving You (Forever)" Backstreet Boys "I Want It That Way" NKOTBSB "Don't Turn Out the Lights" Backstreet Boys "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" New Kids on the Block "Hangin’ Tough" (contains excerpts from "We Will Rock You") NKOTBSB Medley: "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" / "Hangin’ Tough" (Reprise)

    by ktbspa84 on 9/23/11Staples Center - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Over 15 years as a Backstreet Boys fan and 8 months of planning, waiting, and hoping for this concert finally came to fruition on July 1st, 2011. I bought the tickets back in November of 2010 through the fanclub and waited over half a year for what I hoped would be the concert of the year, I was wrong. It was, as the tagline stated, the concert of a lifetime! For 2 and a half hours, those 9 boyband superstars rocked the roof off of the Staples Center to well over 10,000 fans...me included. The lights went low and the music started to play, and suddenly I was transported back 15 years to my first Backstreet Boys concert in Jr. High. My heart started beating with the fervor of the 12 year old girl that fell in love with them the first time I heard their five part harmony take over on a Canadian TV show. New Kids were a bit before my time, but they put on a good show nonetheless. It was a veritable buffet of BSB and NKOTB medleys, hit singles, polished dance moves, and sexy costumes. Confetti and pyrotechnics shot out from all over! AJ and Howie came down our side of the stadium while singing "Shape of My Heart". But the icing on the cake, just when I thought I couldn't take anymore heart pumping boyband goodness, and felt like I might faint and any minute, I was in for the shock of a lifetime. My Boys started singing "I Want It That Way" and it was just like old times, just like all the other concerts I had been to since Millennium...it was damn near one of the most perfect nights of my life. And then it got even better. Although everyone there was having a great time singing along, for us Backstreet fans, something was still amiss, the absence of a certain dark haired crooner who had left the band shortly after Never Gone...only to reappear briefly during the encore "Shape of My Heart" at the Palladium for the Unbreakable Tour. Mid-song, the Boys stopped singing, a spotlight shone at the end of the stage...my heart skipped a beat! Could it be? Indeed! For here came, the one and only, Kevin Scott Richardson jaunting up onto the stage, microphone in hand, wearing a grey suit. An estimated 19,500 people filled the stadium with uproarious screams of joy as Kevin sang his original solo. It was INCREDIBLE! Honestly, if that entire place had crumbled to the ground afterwards, I could have died happy. He even joined the other 9 guys on stage for the finale NKOTBSB mashup and "We Will Rock You!" It was amazing! One of my other favorite parts was when I guys ventured into the audience to find a young woman to sing to during "I'll Never Break Your Heart". Wouldn't you know it, that crazy boy A.J. coerced a guy to come up on the stage to be his "girl". The whole place started laughing as A.J. handed the guy a rose and sang to him on bended knee while he sat on a stool. The best part happened when my favorite guy, notorious jokester Brian swooped in without missing a beat and essentially stole AJ's guy from him just as he would have done if AJ had brought a girl up. The guy started shaking his foot rapidly almost like a Bambi-esque Thumper the Rabbit move and I was laughing so hard I was nearly in tears. It was so funny! This is why I love these guys, it's the whole package. Talent, humor, and not to mention still ruggedly good looks after all these years. In fact better, because they're not lanky awkward teens anymore, they're all buffed, toned, velvet voiced men. So after all the waiting and anticipating, I finally got to witness the concert I'll be telling my grandkids about 20 some years from now! LOL. Backstreet Boys, you still manage to melt my heart after all these years. I love you. Looking forward to the next amazing chapter in the book of Backstreet!

When my 17-year-old sister asked me if I wanted to see the Backstreet Boys this summer, of course I was excited! I've been a fan of them since I was 11, and I am now 25. I was never much into NKOTB, but they put on a good show. But it was BSB that I was really looking forward too, and both my sister and I were dancing and singing along the whole time! Well, I knew more words, but she sang when she could. :) Overall, a good show!

I took my wife to the concert as an early birthday present. We grew up listening to these bands and they did not disappoint! We even liked Matthew Morrison and the opening band, Midnight Red. This was a great venue and show!

  • Best Concert EVER!!!!

by NNMJ on 9/8/11STAPLES Center - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

The NKOTBSB concert was AMAZING!!!!! I was raving about this concert for days. I liked how the guys shared the stage even and sang a couple songs together. I am a BSB fan and I felt like I was 12 years old all over again, now being 24. I didnt realize how amazing my seats were until I got there and it was totally worth the price. Nick and Brian even came down my aisle during a part of the concert. I never sat down during the whole concert. BSB sounded better than ever!!! When Kevin showed up and sang "I Want It That Way" that was epic. The entire crowd went nuts!! One of my many favorite parts was when BSB had LAKER jerseys on and NKOTB had Celtic jerseys on and they kind of did a battle. Classic!! When I saw Boyz II Men joined the boys for one concert later in the month, I was a little jealous. Imagine NKOTBSB with Kevin and Boyz II Men. But Im Incredibly happy with what I saw. I also loved how the concert had at least 3 different generation there, my age group with their moms, like how they took us when we were 12, and the NKOTB generation, and the new generation. You could feel the love in the concert. Hope they tour again next year. BEST CONCERT EVER!!! Jordin Sparks was really good too. I Love her. She sang beautifully. Im a fan of her as well. I was cheering loud for her too. She looked and sounded great!!!

Holy crap it was beyond amazing! Let me just say that I did not sit down once during this concert. BSB and NKOTB definitely know how to put on a concert..they rocked the stadium and made us all go back to our teenage years. This was definitely one of my top 3 favortie concerts I've been to!

  • NKOTBSB was an unforgettable concert!!!

by Djgigi on 9/5/11Honda Center - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

From the very beginning, the concert was high energy. I don't think I sat for the entire show because I was so excited to see NKOTB. The performances were great and I would absolutely see them again.
