Rare chance to see NJPW live, the Coca-Cola Roxy is a great venue to have a wrestling show and the wrestlers were entertaining. Can't wait for them to come back to Atlanta!
Kota Ibushi being promoted as the main event was the main reason I bought tickets to this show. His meet and greet was another reason. The fact that he cancelled due to illness was unavoidable, but the replacement was sub-part and nowhere near acceptable. Also, the replacement main event was shoe-horned into the previous match. The matches were good, but the organization needs to be way better and reward fans for letting them down.
This was a great NJPW house event. Clearly a different type of wrestling that we dont get to see here in the states. I would have gave this event 5 stars but it was only 2 hours long! It was really only 1 hour and 40 minutes because the last 20 minutes was them thanking the fans and taking selfies. Overall fun experience and I do recommend the show.
I think the most interesting pro wrestling is NJPW. You should go to watch NJPW, not WWE, not AEW!
Amazing show, the civic is a great place to see a show.
Awesome venue. Meet and greets with the performers. It seems like every seat is a good seat!
What a show! Wonderful venue and would go back. Thanks NJPW!
This was my second time seeing a NJPW wrestling live show and it was great. The crowd for these shows are completely different from the mainstream crowd. This was also my second time seeing a show at the San Jose Civic Center and I gotta say there was no bad seat for a wrestling show.
I've been to several NJPW shows now and each one has been great. This event was no exception! High production quality, exciting matches, all your favorite wrestlers. The venue and event staff were on point. I can't wait for the next show.
Venue was appropriate for the amount of people in attendance. Easy access to seats, bathroom, and concessions. Overall, phenomenal planning and execution of show!!!
This was an amazing experience that I will never forget. If they have another event here I will be coming back for sure.
NJPW in the U.S. is a must see show. Don't miss out on first class wrestling and a fan friendly show. The San Jose Civic was the perfect venue for the event. Awesome night!
start time was set for 7pm, actually started at 8:30pm. seats were not meant for 4 hour+. overpriced food/ drink
We enjoyed the event, but the seats on the balcony of the Hammerstein were mismarked and very difficult to see over the bars. Having a second row was useless because I had to stand the entire time to see over the bars. it would be better to just have one long row,
Well the delay for about hr half was hastle but after that NJPW show was great...looking forward to them coming back to America ASAP!
I had a great time, everyone was helpful. The event was amazing, i can't wait for them to come back.
I've been to live sporting events in the past, and this was amazing. Every seat in the arena was great and had a clear view of the ring. The jumbotron helped when the crowd stood up and blocked your view.
Great Pro Wrestling Event. New Japan Pro Wrestling is the very best of the very best. When they come to the states, it’s worth the trip!
Only negative was the 1+ hour wait in the merch like.. that part appeared to be Mad Max about to happen...I was about 15 minutes late to my seat for the opening bout. Really fun experience..... refreshing to see wrestling as it once was here stateside. Villains and good guys aplenty. Crowd knew the chants.... absolutely will go again....
New Japan Pro Wrestling is the best Pro Wrestling I have ever seen and being able to see it live has been a dream of mine for years and G1 in Dallas did not disappoint. If you have the chance to see New Japan in person DO NOT PASS IT UP. I wish they had more wrestler specific merch but I understand the company is running a weird set up and schedule.
