by Channieee on 8/3/14Red Rocks Amphitheatre - Morrison

Rudeamental was a great opener to get the crowd ready for Dillion Francis. Dillion Francis killed it. I've seen him five times now and he's amazing. Nero, was well amazing. The female vocalist was beautiful and sooo talented.

    Adventure Club killed it

by eleopardtronic on 10/29/12Manhattan Center Hammerstein Ballroom - New York

Nero's DJ set was great, did not disappoint at all. No surprises, just a straight dope set with lots of growling dubstep and floor shaking electronic beats. The surprise of the evening came from Adventure Club, the opener. AC had everyone dancing like wild fools. It was a great night.

    Nero: Excellent DJ Set

by atyouwanttobe on 10/29/12Manhattan Center Hammerstein Ballroom - New York

With a total of 5 different acts, this DJ Set including Alex English as the opener, an awesome rendition by Lindsey Sinclair of her Dubstep Violin internet sensation, as well as Adventure Club and a Solo DJ Set by one member of Nero with Alana on vocals. Excellent beats keeping it uptempo for the majority of the night, with Nero djing mostly his own tunes, yet including a sample of "Devil's Den" by Skrillex. Nero's BPMs were a bit slow in comparison to the other DJs, but provided an excellent parallel to the rest of the show. Alana singing on some her hits, especially Promises, added more ambiance and atmosphere to the set, well-fitting the Halloween theme. Speaking of which, great costumes helped enhance the pit, with some light moshing and great jumping around. The light show was also amazing, with a Nuclear Power-dedicated stage set-up, drawing comparison to the end of the world which Nero likes to reference so much. Overall, a great time, with diverse acts all compelling you to dance your butt off.

    Pretty Good, but Ended Early

by DBSTP2012 on 10/29/12Manhattan Center Hammerstein Ballroom - New York

Alana's mic wasn't working for some of her performance. The party suddenly ended an hour early (3am) without any sort of warning. The sound and lights were a little above average for this type of event, but can't say it was impressive.

    Great night

by Dancedancedanceee on 10/29/12Manhattan Center Hammerstein Ballroom - New York

Overall the event was amazing and so much fun. All of the opening acts blew me away. The only thing is that I heard that wasn't even nero up there. They didn't play many nero songs and even played skrillex at one point. Nero was a disappointment but everyone else who performed made up for that. Thank god for the opening acts!

    Nero is excellent

by concertguy5151 on 10/29/12Manhattan Center Hammerstein Ballroom - New York

This set was awesome! From beginning to end, Nero ripped it up. Alana sounded great live and the entire set was great. Light show was pretty cool too. I would highly recommend it

    SO MUCH FUN!

    by MCS426 on 10/28/12Wild Bills - Duluth

Wild Bill's was such a better venue than I expected. Light show was great, and I liked the set up with the bars. The music was a bit too loud when Excision was playing, but maybe that's just the nature of the genre. Great event overall!

Nero was phenomenal -- must see live.

by Bdent on 4/9/12Métropolis - Montreal

This was my first electronic dance music concert that I've ever gone to, and I would have to say that I was blown away. I have some friends that are totally into EDM/Dubstep, whereas I am not totally into the more heavy stuff. Dillon Francis opened, playing a lot of songs that were new to me, and were familiar with some in the crowd. The crowd was totally hyped, and when Nero came on, everyone went ballistic. For Nero actually playing, it was insane. The lightshow, the remixes, Alana coming on stage and actually singing the vocals -- I could not get enough of it. I've only gone to two concerts, while the other one was rap (Watch The Throne with Jay-Z and Kanye West), I would say that this had to have been one of the best live playing of EDM that you could go to, and my friends could attest to that as well. For the venue, the drinks were somewhat of a letdown; but I was there for the show. Decent sized floor, although some people standing were prone to violence and trying to start a mosh pit.

One of the greatest EDM shows I've ever been to.

by Jessexe on 4/6/12Métropolis - Montreal

Effects and track transitions were clean, creative, and kept the dancing to a maximum. The light show was beyond intense. I heard every tune I wanted to hear, and more. Dillon Francis was groovy and funky. Alana Watson sounded great and added something to an already great live show.

    Nero made my head explode

by Anonymous on 4/6/12Métropolis - Montreal

I must say it was not my first time at the Metropolis, having seen plenty of rock or metal shows there over the years. But it was my first time attending an EDM type event and I must say I will be going back. Sound quality was fantastic anywhere in the building. Nero delivered an amazing set!

VERY DISAPPOINTING, DIDN'T EVEN STAY FOR NERO.

by 420Dance on 4/2/12Roseland Ballroom - New York

I am a huge fan of NERO, and saw the first run of the tour a few months back, it was a small venue, intimate, dancers only, amazing. The Roseland gig was just shy of a high school prom, the majority was under 21, didn't dance but fist pumped, it was way harder, less atmospheric, I was very much looking forward to seeing them again, and ended up leaving after 15min. I showed up at 10:30, the sound techs said Nero didn't even go on til 12:30, the atmosphere was completely disappointing.

    Nero & Dillon Francis

by Ptah on 4/2/12Roseland Ballroom - New York

This show was superb to say the least! however, the organization of the venue for coat check was horrible. Overall, the music was the best part of the night, obviously.

Nero was awesome; Roseland once again was not

by Kleighton on 4/2/12Roseland Ballroom - New York

Both Nero and opening act Dillon Francis were fantastic. Nero played pretty much their whole album and added a few remixes in (such as Crush on You: Knife Party remix). Their whole set lasted about an hour and 40 minutes. Dillon Francis played a bunch of his own remixes and songs (including IDGAFOS) and the crowd went wild. He was definitely entertaining. Nero's light show was terrific as well, and they had their female vocalist perform live on stage with them, which was exciting. I would definitely recommend seeing Nero again!
