Nelly in Concert
Ranked as the fourth best-selling rap artist of all time by the Recording Industry of America, Nelly has become a symbol of rap's crossover success in mainstream pop music. With over 21 million albums sold in the US alone, his pop-infused hip hop and unique vocal delivery have earned him six Top 10 albums and made him a live concert favorite. His seventh studio album, 2012's M.O., features hit singles "Hey Porsche" and "Get Like Me," a collaboration with Nicki Minaj and Pharrell. Born Cornell Iral Haynes, Jr. in 1974, Nelly got his first taste of musical success with the St. Louis hip hop collective St. Lunatics. In 2000, he launched his solo career with No. 1 debut album Country Grammar, which showcased his signature Southern drawl mixed with a Midwestern twang. 2002 follow-up Nellyville also peaked at No. 1 and included the international smash " Hot in Herre," which earned him a Grammy in 2003 for Best Male Rap Solo Performance. On 2013's M.O. tour, Nelly treated ticket buyers to his greatest hits, earning rave reviews for his upbeat stage presence and charismatic performances.
Music icons Nelly, TLC, and Flo Rida announced they are hitting the road together for an epic tour across North America. The Billboard chart-topping hitmakers join forces to bring a show like no other to outdoor amphitheater stages all summer long in 2019. omg i had the best time ever i saw nelly in person for the first time i couldnt stop smilling . he so sexy and the best rapper ever, i have ben so in love with him ever since he came out. his performance her yesterday was the best from every he really rock the stage. couldnt take a picture cuz he had to leave but hopefuly when he come back i would really like to meet him.
We were excited to see Nelly as we had never seen him in concert.... We are from Dallas so we drove to OK to see "him" perform @ Winstar casino... which is about an hour drive... St. Lunatics performed a couple of songs and then Nelly came out and performed a few songs. The show lasted about an hour! WHAAAT?!?!? NO JOKE! Nelly did a couple of songs from his recent 5.0 CD and a couple from his previous cd's but in all honesty the concert name should have been Nelly and the St. Lunatics as that's who was perfoming for the hour.. Totally MISTITLED!!! As far as sound I could barely understand what they were saying as the band was louder than the perfomers just sounded like 5 guys screaming on their mics... Overall the concert was ok.... :/ Would we see Nelly again?.. Um not sure, may stick to just buying his CD'S.
Nelly and the St. Lunatics were great...I wish it was a little bit longer and that they had been there on time. The opening acts were kind of sad and I just couldn't wait for Nelly to perform! Loved it...wish it was a Nelly and the St. Lunatics minus the opening acts.
Nelly as usual brought the heat. The venue was packed and it was too hot outside. But, it was all good because of nelly!
This tour includes a show for everyone! Rap, rock, teeny bop. Opening act Big Reeno is soon to be the headliner!! The boys can spit! Cali Swag District put on a good fly girl act. Sick Puppies rocked. They had the crowd going crazy. 3!OH!3 put on a good show. Nelly's lights n sound were way more advanced than the previous groups. But I have to say it was much more impressive to watch and hear everyone else sing, rap, and perform than it was to watch the big star walk around screaming UH, YA, while his music videos, including sound, were playing.
I thoroughly enjoyed the show. 3OH!3 was awesome. Nelly was wonderful. If I had only one complaint it was all the marijuana that was being smoked. They did pat downs on the way in but did it quickly. I was with teenage girls and when someone lit up near us, it nearly choked us. Left the concert with my throat burning. But the music was wonderful!
It was an awesome expierence...cnt wait to c him again!!! I can honestly say that it was worth the $$ i paid!!!! Everyone on the tour was awesome!!!

The entire roster for this show was packed with energy. From Big Reeno, to CSD, to 3OH!3, right through to Nelly and the St. Lunatics. Being a die hard Nelly fan, I leaned more towards his portion of the show. Having a big ticket act like him, and 3OH!3, getting the crowd involved the way they did was incredible. If you're a hip-hop fan, DO NOT shy away from this concert.
This was my first concert, and I thoroughly enjoyed every second. Nelly's performance was amazing, I absolutely loved how he got the audience involved. It kept things highly interesting.
I loved this concert. I had never heard of Big Reno before but seeing him live made me a fan. Of course I went for Nelly and he was just as awsome as I had hoped!!!! I was on the floor in front of the stage and it's a concert I won't ever forget!

I got floor tickets it was the first concert that I have been to and its going to be hard to top this concert. I had an awsome time. I was so close to the stage it made it more exiting.
it is sad when all the performers do is say foul language. This part of the country is known for it's strong core values; this concert sunk way below the standards. i made the mistake of bringing a 5th and 6th grader to this concert... no role models here! hated it and saw many people there who were shocked as well.
This is was my 1st concert and for it to be Nelly was just awesome! I was hoping he would come here and it was his first as well! This made my year! I hope he come bacak! The opening acts were nice as well 3oh!3 was awesome as well.
I thought 303 was pretty awesome and nelly really put on a good show!!!! I forgot how many great hits he had!!!! They need to have more well known artists to this area...also the Toyota Center was pretty cool to watch the concert at! I was a general admission and was able to get right down and really close to the stage!
This show was sooooo HOT! Complete concert lasted 5 hours. Very much worth the month I spent on 3 tickets!!! Job well done :-)
Nelly and the St. Lunatics put on a great show! I would see them again anytime.
3oh!3 was great! Amazing performers! Sick puppies had great energy! Nelly gave off a very likeable vibe and had a great performance:)
