NBA All-Star Practice & Media Day Presented by AT&T Tickets

You are paying to see an on court appearance. No practicing going on. I was under the impression there would be some sporting, there was none whatsoever. I waited in the cold for two hours so I could land a close general admission seat, only to be kicked out of that seat in favor of more important people. The seats were not marked reserved, I got front row initially then had to go all the way to the back AFTER WAITING FOR TWO HOURS IN THE COLD. The event itself was a JOKE

This was really a glorified halftime show. There was no meaningful practice. Additionally, it was disappointing to see several notable athletes not participate.

This event was one of the most disappointing I’ve ever spent money on. It wasn’t so much a “practice” as it was a glorified halftime show, which I have no interest in whatsoever. Not to mention that the main attraction in my opinion (Lebron James) didn’t even bother to show up for the event! What a joke

Me and my boys were sufficiently bored. Players hardly engaged and looked as if they didn't want to be there. Very few balls and shirts were thrown into audience. Overall we were not impressed and overpaid significantly.

I purchased four tickets to the All-Star 2023 Practice. I was pretty disappointed in what I saw, especially considering the price of the tickets. I don't know what I expected, but what I saw was very little of the players doing much of anything. I think there should have been a better description of what this event was actually going to be. I think it is great that they raised money for two charities, but the fan experience, in my opinion, was severely lacking.

It was a wonderful experience. I met players and took lots of pics.

The experience was awesome seeing the Media from around the world. Seeing the players/coaches speak to the media was very cool. The venue was electric. The crowd was cheering during the practice. The fans were so passionate. I enjoyed watching the practice, it was fun and entertaining. I love the NBA & Basketball.

This was a fun family event great for the kids they also help out the young youth and Chicago they gave out a lot of tickets to the underprivileged kids in Chicago it was a wonderful and fun way for the NBA to give back to Chicago

Purchasing and getting tickets was easy but way too expensive. Once we got there our seats were taken by a family and no one seemed to care or manage tickets.

I park in the parking garage right across the Wintrust Arena. With no instructions on how to exit the parking garage to my event. Only instructions I received was to the Auto Show event. Plus after the event, I come back to my vehicle have a huge spit on my rear window of my vehicle. Do better parking garage security. Was not worth my 25 dollars.

This event, while a great experience, left plenty of room for improvement. The details for the day's events were not given. No one knew what was going to happen next or even when it ended. It was advertised that legendary autographs would be able to be received. Many people believed this meant former NBA superstars would be signing throughout the day, probably at tables set up in the arena. There were no such legendary autographs to be had, which was upsetting to people who bought expensive items in hopes of getting them signed. Also, having the center of the stands blocked off for people in those sections, meant that not all sections were visible to all attendees. People just wanted to get photos of their favorite stars and were not allowed to even walk close by. I understand the need for security, but they could have check people's tickets before they entered the stands instead of not letting people through to the other side. My son and I had a great time, don't get me wrong. The facility is top notch. I just wish there was better organization in the event itself.

It was an amazing experience. The NBA stars were productive & interactived great with the public. The arena was well ran & clean also!

I was promised a lot and really got so little.bad borring experience

How on earth do you run an event without any staff. Nobody to check tickets and people decided to stand in aisles or wherever they wanted. Total chaos

My son is a NBA fanatic and this affordable game hit the nail right on the head! He was able to see ALL of his favorties and at this price I would take him every year if I could. It was a very interactive experience and he we both had a blast!!

must be included in allstar weekend if you want the total basketball experience

It was a great experience to be close to the NBA's best players, it was also my 5th All-Star practice. An enjoyable experience to watch the players from the West and East engage with each other

It was exciting to see so many NBA players on the court all at one time. However, would advise to get there two hours early for up-close seating. Our seats were in the balcony, hard to see.

Great Family Outing! We had a great time! Worth every penny

This was a great experience I will be attending again next year.
