    Amazing Experience

by Ron65 on 12/15/15Lincoln Financial Field - Philadelphia

This was my first "live" Army v Navy game. The stadium was great (but pricey), the crowd was amazing, and the atmosphere was unlike any other football game!!! Will be going again next year!

Excellent seats right in the middle of the field. Excellent value as well. The only reason this rating is not 5/5 stars was because Army lost. :-)

    A great family event!

by Clipper61 on 12/11/12Lincoln Financial Field - Philadelphia

We arrived a couple hours early and enjoyed a tailgate party. There was a bit of traffic, but it was manageable. Security at the gate was thorough. The security people, ushers and concession people were all polite and efficient. For a shorter wait to get your pizza or cheese steak, go to the middle level - rather than the first level. Seats were clean & comfortable. Fans were a mix of families and father & son groups. A great game that was full of special moments!

I only have on complaint concerning this event. I purchased a parking pass, but was unable to figure out how to use it for the game. Wasted money.

    Go Army, Sink Navy!

by Army47 on 12/10/12Lincoln Financial Field - Philadelphia

Great venue but the site should offer more information about seat selection so you don't wind up in "enemy territory" and should remind patrons where there will be alcohol service restrictions due to cadet attendance. Otherwise, fantastic event!

Best college level football game of the year. Totally inspiring and spectacular. Seeing over 6,000 young men and women who commit to laying down their lives in defense of our country so we can live free is a spectacle not to be missed. The March On is just overwhelming! Covers off to the Cadets of Army and the Midshipmen of Navy for anouther great day on the gridiron and an unforgetable football and sportts experience. Thank you all for your service!

    Best sporting event in US

by HankMcP on 12/10/12Lincoln Financial Field - Philadelphia

Army Navy is the most significant sporting event in the USA. Everyone who is part of this event from the teams, to the fans, and especially family members has a special place in their hearts for what these teams represent Our family knows the price of war, and the honor of those who have sacrificed for our way of life. Remember the Class of 2013 at Naval Academy and West point is sitting in the stands at this game, next year at this time they will be leading our troops. It was my privilege to attend.

Checked off a bucket list item!!!!

by TexasWeatherGirl on 12/10/12Lincoln Financial Field - Philadelphia

Because I had wanted to go to this game since I was a kid, there was not a lot that could have happened that would have kept it from being less than amazing. But there were a couple of things that really stunned me about the venue that I thought would have been easily remedied. First was parking. I had a parking pass but once you got into the lot, you were on your own. There was no one instructing where open spaces were. AND there were tons of tailgaters that were taking up otherwise empty spaces with their lawn chairs and grills. AT some point, I'm thinking the folks that paid for parking should have had the priority. So, I"m glad that we got there as early as we did (2 hours) to drive around finding a spot! Second, was walking to the stadium from the parking lot. Again, there was no one around to point the way. It looked obvious, but once you would walk through a gate or cross a road, there would inevitably be a line of barricades that would force you back to where you just came from. It was just very frustrating to get so close to the gates but then have to double way back again, when just having a few people posted or even signs that pointed the way. The game itself was awesome and will gladly do it again and again and again!!! Just hope I can get better seats next time :-D
