Nashville Sounds Tickets

I cannot even begin to say how UNBELIEVABLY professional the guys were at the front gate. I would rate myself -1 star, and your people were kind and yet firm regarding the policy of purses. My wallet was a little too big, so I had to take it back to my car. I then could not get my e-ticket to work. They were incredibly kind and empathic. I don't know who does your training with these team members, and yet I must say "well done!". I almost left and the older gentleman was so kind and patient with me. I wish I had gotten names, but I did not. It was the gate closest to the parking garage. 5+ stars for you all!

Great family fun!! The prayers really cater to the kids and fans. The players toss baseballs into the crowds (carefully) throughout the game and both of my boys (ages 6 and 9) were able to each get a ball!! We will definitely be attending more games in the future! We love our Nashville Sounds!! The stadium is awesome, too!!

From out of town and decided on a Sounds game. Got to the left field entry gate and my wife was denied entry because she had a shoulder purse. We had to walk back to our car to leave it in trunk. They said purse had to be see thru plastic. SMH. Inside there were many woman walking around with shoulder tote bags (not see thru) and of course some had what appeared to be large diaper bags. Wasn’t pleased

I loved having my tickets on my phone! BUT… something funky happened with my phone that drained its battery. I was almost completely out of battery power by the time I got to gate. My fault, but nerve-racking! Any chance of having a power source to plug into while waiting in line??

Overall a very good time, a little pricey on the drinks but to be expected at any sporting event. Sounds one which was just a bonus for the night.

Great atmosphere & a fun day with my family & a HUGE walk-off homerun in the 9th!

Wonderful game and great atmosphere at the ballpark! Will do it again but am hoping the team clarifies their clear bag policy. While my wife brought her belongings in a clear bag that is the correct size according to their website, her billfold and credit card holder was too big for their standards even though it fit just fine inside the clear bag. The team management needs to do a better job of explaining that putting your stuff inside a clear bag is not enough if the items are over their acceptable size.

It would have been better had the Sounds won, but the food was splendid and the ballpark clean and beautiful. Fine staff too.

Easy purchase! Tickets are electronic they just scan at ballpark. They even have QR code to scan to pull up your tickets right before we go in.

Attended game in outfield 4 top seats. Could not hear game due to awful music played loud at the bar behind us. Will not attend another Sounds game.

This is a great way to spend an afternoon. The stadium is very nice and they have plenty of fun things for both the kids (mini golf, corn hole, pitch speed) and adults(whiskey slushees, coaches). Tickets are fairly priced, getting to stadium and parking are so convenient. Overall a home run. Von El Rods for pre-game beer is also excellent.

The Nashville Sounds have proven that their ball park can be fun for anyone wether going with friends or taking the family. It’s an all around great experience.

So I got parking the night before and that made things much easier. I read my email about the clear bag rule so I brought a lanyard Instead of a purse which was honestly just easier. The foods a little pricey but I think that’s just ball park food in general. It was my first ever game and it was tons of fun definitely recommend:)

It was a very good experience. One thing i was upset with was i had a hard time getting a soft pretzel. You need a few more ovens . I never did get one. Sad 😥. Otherwise it was a great day

Great ticket buying experience with parking. Flawless execution of electronic tickets in my TM wallet. Staff at stadium was top notch, polite and very accommodating. Mascot even came and sat with us! Excellent daddy/daughter date night!!!!
