    Confusing and uninspired

by WXKimberlyN on 10/27/15Huntington Center - Toledo

What a joke. The show had no connection from scene to scene. If you can even call them that. Nancy Kerrigan behaved as a confused young child, an old woman, and some sort of Dracula queen. This was literally a playground for skating has-bens. The music was based on pop songs, but sounded like the kids bop version's because they clearly didn't have the rights to use the originals. There was a play on Lady Gaga, some sort of NASCAR scene, pirate skaters, and very limited costumes. It was uninspired and confusing to the audience. For the price, take your family to a nice dinner and a movie instead. Props included a door with a fall colored wreath, a tablecloth that looks like it was from the 1980s, a couple of chairs, and that's it. Low budget, farce of a skating show.

    A fun night out

by LongTimeFan39 on 10/22/15Times Union Center - Albany

The show was great, especially the second half. I wish the performers had been announced at the onset. Kurt Browning was in costume through most of it and I didn't connect it was him. I was in the front row and could have interacted with him, had I only known. I do think Nancy could have interacted with the crowd more. The skaters were all amazing and this was my first time seeing many of them - they were all so talented!

Great Way to Celebrate the Season

by Niteowl13 on 10/21/15Verizon Wireless Arena - Manchester - Manchester

Nancy Kerrigan's Halloween on Ice was phenomenal. Those of all ages obviously enjoyed the spine-tingling experience. The music, lighting and special effects were amazing and the skating was world class. We will definitely go again if the show returns to this area.

    A little strange, but enjoyable

by Milfordfamily on 10/21/15Verizon Wireless Arena - Manchester - Manchester

Since we're basically only used to Disney on ice, this was an interesting change. The plot left a whole lot to be desired, but the skating was good and it was fun to see a lot of old familiar faces!

    Halloween On Ice Was Amazing!

by Mommy5276 on 10/21/15Verizon Wireless Arena - Manchester - Manchester

Halloween On Ice is an amazing and great family show. There is truly something for everyone. It is not too scary! I have gone to every Halloween On Ice show and they just keep getting better and better. This time I was able to share this show with my children 8 &10 and they loved it. The skaters are involved with audience and the best part was that Nancy Kerrigan was pretty much on the ice the whole time even when other skaters were skating. I highly recommend going to see this show, you won't be disappointed! I also highly recommend the meet & greet after the show, the skaters mingle with the crowd.

I was so excited for this event but found the show be odd and at times, disorganized. There was too much going on around the sides of the rink and it distracted from the skating that was happening. Johnny Weir was the highlight of the night and his skating was spectacular. My daughter skates and is familiar with him so watching her watch him, that made my night. Kurt Browning was also amazing! I have waited half my life to see Nancy Kerrigan skate live and was under-whelmed. I just felt like at times, she was going through the motions and not skating in the moment. I have been to many ice shows over the years and I have to say, Halloween on Ice is probably ranked my least favorite.

Halloween On Ice is fun for the whole family.

by JoanneAndEddieFromRI on 10/20/15Times Union Center - Albany

We first saw Nancy Kerrigan's Halloween On Ice over 15 years ago. Once again Nancy has put together a stellar diversified cast. She was joined by Johnny Weir, Alissa Czisny, Jozef Sabovcik as well as other skaters including acrobatic and pyrotechnic performers who helped to tell a fun filled Halloween story aimed at pleasing the entire family. Nicole Bobek has reinvented herself. Now she not only skates over the ice like a champion, but she also performs above it as well. If that wasn’t enough, the show also featured four-time World Champion and three time Winter Olympian Kurt Browning. Kurt, as Quasimodo, once again proved he is the greatest skater / entertainer to ever lace them up. His gorgeous jumps and unparalleled footwork were the highlight of the show for us. His clowning around with the audience as well as with the other skaters was great as well. We were in the front row and were thrilled when he dropped by our area. We opted to purchase post show passes and were able to meet all of the skaters in a friendly setting. This was NOT a meet and greet where they rush you through. We spoke to all the skaters and got photos and autographs. The Times Union Center employees were helpful and courteous. We drove three hours to see the show and it was well worth it.

The skating was amazing, the skaters cheered each other on. They came to the sides of the arena to say hello to those watching. An unforgettable experience. So thankful for the opportunity to see the talents of these amazing skaters.

    Save Your Money!

by Kileygirlsmom on 10/19/15The Oncenter War Memorial Arena - Syracuse

This should've been called Johnny Weir's Halloween on Ice. He was clearly the star of the show, and his skating was excellent. He landed triple jumps easily. Nancy Kerrigan added nothing to the show and should hang up her skates. I realize that she doesn't skate at the level she used to, but I expected more from her, especially since it was her show. She didn't really skate that much and mostly sat in a chair as the "princess". I was surprised at how unimpressive she was. Kurt Browning is who I really was looking forward to seeing. He played the role of the hunchback, and did a Ghostbusters number with Josef Sabovcek which was very good. He is a showman and never disappoints. I wish that Kurt Browning had had as prominent a role as Johnny Weir. Alissa Czisny is a lovely skater. The US pairs champions Katie Denney & her partner (can't remember his name) were very good. As far as the show itself, I thought it was a mess and really wasn't very entertaining. I actually thought the show was boring. The skaters seemed to just skate around in costume, and the show seemed very unorganized. I was ready to leave after the first half. Even Johnny Weir and Kurt Browning couldn't save the show. I have been to many skating shows over the years and this is one of the worst, if not the worst, show I have ever been to. Definitely would not recommend.

    A fun night

by Anonymous on 10/19/15Blue Cross Arena - Rochester

It was a great night, a great show! It was a tad disappointing to see the turn out there. The advertising for this show was very poor, I never saw one thing on it, if you advertise more the people will come!

    Great skating and cute storyline!!!

by MckennaJul on 10/19/15Blue Cross Arena - Rochester

Show was good ... Skating was excellent. Could have been a lot better if there was more audience. A lot of seats open due to high ticket price so not a lot of excitement from the audience. Overall, I would recommend it and my seven year old really enjoyed it so that's what counts!!!

Halloween on Ice - best ice show ever

by CNYDave on 10/18/15The Oncenter War Memorial Arena - Syracuse

Having seen and enjoyed a number of Disney on Ice shows over the last few years...my entire family fully agrees that Nancy Kerrigan's Halloween on Ice is far better! The skating and action was amazing and grabs your attention non stop. The skaters/actors were spectacular. Their acting was second only to their world class skating. Nice story line that carries through as well. Can't say enough how great the show was. Sit close to the ice if you can. Well worth it

    After show was great, but...

by Wolflover1202 on 10/16/15Cambria County War Memorial - Johnstown

I hate to say it, but I was a bit disappointed in the show itself. The skaters were never announced, and you had to guess at some of them because they stayed in costume the entire time. The main reason I went was to see Kurt Browning, as he's always been at the top of my list (along with Scott Hamilton). Because of the costume and makeup, the only way I knew it was him skating was the footwork--nobody can beat him at that! The after show party was nice (although I think it was way overpriced!), and it was really cool meeting the skaters. They were all very accommodating. I was looking forward to meeting Nicole Bobek, but she was so busy talking to a friend that she just held out her hand to take the items that people were handing her for autographs and never even looked over to say hello. It was wonderful, though, to see her skating again, and her spirals are still the best.
