The music was fantastic. I didn't like the music between acts. Some were really bad. The 2 women hosting talked to much. Maybe someone else would be better next year. It wouldn't hurt to change the DJ also. I hate we had to miss Will Downing and Brian Culberson, but that couldn't be helped.
We really enjoyed the 2 day Jazz Fest. Hate we didn't get to see Will Downing and Bryan Culbertson. STRONGLY review getting a larger jumbo screen for those sitting in the grass or the sides. Even those on the Hillside in VIP couldn't see that well.
This was overall a great inaugural jazz festival. I am looking forward to next year.
I enjoyed what I got to see of the concert. Rained out on Friday night. Didn't get to see Will Downing and wonderful Brian Culbertson. It started lightening and raining pretty heavy Saturday during the earlier part of the evening. I left right before Pieces of a Dream performed. I didn't return. Too much having to walk back and forth. Nobody's fault. My choice to leave. I was parked too far away to have to keep taking my chair back and forth. Line up was Amazing!!!! I do plan to attend next year as well!
The festival was a gift to by husband for our 20th anniversary and he loved it. The atmosphere was great, the artists where great and we had an all around wonderful time. We are from St. Louis and we will go back next year for sure.
