I only wish it had been warmer! The entire line up was amazing! I had the time of my life. Lauryn was even better than I thought she would be. I cannot wait to see her again!
The opening reggae band and Nas did a great job. they were very entertaining and kept the crowd going. When Lauren took the stage I was so excited to be seeing her in concert. Things seemed strange from the very beginning. When she sang her songs it sounded like she was not singing them in the same arrangement as the songs on her CD. She kept having them turn up the bass and it drowned out all of the singing. It was all very strange and hard to hear. The last two songs that she did, one with Nas and one on her own turned out to be great. I wish it wasn't so strange in the beginning. She sounded OK but acted peculiar. It was kind of sad to see because I was really looking forward to seeing her in concert. The only other problem with the concert is that it started over an hour late with the opening reggae band. It was 2 hours before Nas came to the stage.
Best concert in a long time. Danced the entire time.
Lauryn Hill was so horrible I'm so angry that I spent my money to see her. She changed the songs of so much they're unrecognizable
Legendary night! Missed the opening act, but made it in time for Dave's stand up, and that was worth the 2 hour drive alone. Miss lauryn hill & Nas killed it. Was disappointed that the venue cut the mic off right when lauryn & nas were going to perform if I rule the world. Who does that....
Overall show was pretty good and she actually hit the stage almost on time! Dave Chapel was hilarious and Lauryn had good energy. I've seen her three times and have really been hoping to see her do more original album versions but didn't necessarily get that. Sound quality was much better then when she played in Detroit earlier this summer and the band was great!
I missed the opening acts so I can't comment on them. Nas did his thing and had my sister and I feeling like we were in the hear of Queens! Lauryn Hill should be ashamed of herself!!! I didn't pay to hear her remix the whole "Miseducation of Lauryn Hill'. As I looked around the venue alot of fans were just as confused as I was. I have never been so disappointed in a concert as this one and I have been to alot of them! I just knew they were going to redeem themselves with 'If I ruled the World' only to have the mics cut off after about 20 seconds right at 11 pm! Save your money and listen to her original album at home! Nas fans won't be disappointed!
If you are going to see the King of Rap ͏y͏o͏u will not be disappointed!!! He tore the house down!!! This was my first time seeing him live and he brought the FYRE!!! As I expected Ms. Hill had the fans waiting for at least an hour!!! I didn't wait around for her performance!!! This was going to be my first time seeing her also!!! So unprofessional!!! One of the surprises of the night was Dave Chapelle!!!!

Event would have been better if it were not for the hassle of Dave Chapelle, also they cut off the Mike due to time constraints on Lauren Hill and NAS.....just wrong. Merchandise and VIP package were disappointing.....for the amount paid for tickets.
So disappointing... No communication with the public at all. No good atmosphere from the public. They started to play the first notes of "If I ruled the world" and immediately stopped, leaving the stage empty while the public was immediately leaving the venue too. I've never seen anything like this in France, shows have so much more atmosphere and excitement there.
I've never seen Nas before and this was only my third hip-hop concert, but he was AWESOME live. I would definitely recommend seeing him, and I plan on seeing him any chance I get. I'd seen the Fugees about 21 years ago when I was 15. Lauryn Hill was really good. She had new arrangements to her songs that gave it a good feel. This is a damn good tour
Wow what a surprise when Dave Chappell came out for an hour plus didn't see that coming seen lauryn at the top of her career with the fugees and the mis-education tour hard for her to top those, NAS was my reason for coming and he work it like an OG.. big ups to the amphitheater way better music venue then the knob
Nas and Lauryn hill did thier thing! My only issue was how the venu cut their mics off before thet did if i ruled the world!
I was leery of seeing Ms. Hill, given her recent performance history but decided to take a risk as Nas and Dave Chappelle are reliably entertaining. They did not disappoint, and Nas' high energy set was tons of old school fun. Even Lauren Hill was good, though as is her rep, she took forever to come out, delaying the show and ultimately resulting in her mic getting cut off at 11 in the middle of her set when the venue was set to close. Despite that, the show overall was a great night out, and worth taking the chance on Ms. Hill.
I absolutely love Nas so I was not going to miss this concert. He never disappoints! L Boogie was a bonus and she did great as well. The opening band Chronixxx killed it!!
Despite being "phone free" This concert was great. Nas & Lauryn Hill two of the giants of 90's Hip Hop put on a great show. Dave Chapelle made a surprise appearance as opening to keep the crowd laughing while the stage was being set up. It was a little cold but after a few beers you didn't notice lol. Nas still had the fire even at 40+ to hang with any rapper today. Lauryn was engaged and fully aware of her talents as she sang/fired off songs from her solo set and with the Fugees. Totally worth it!
Overall great show. There was some lag time between Nas and Lauryn Hill with time filled by a DJ. DJ was also good but it caused the last song of the show to get cut off. Otherwise would highly recommend.
When I purchased the tickets, Hannibal Buress was on the bill, along with Nas and Ms. Lauryn Hill. However, the day of the the show, I received an email regarding no cell phones at the show. As we stood in line the enter, we overheard other concert goers that Dave Chappelle would be here. I didn't believe it. So, after DJ Green Lantern hyped up the crowd, on the 1's and 2's. They introduced Dave Chappelle indeed. He did an hour of new stand-up material. Nas ripped the show, as well as Ms. Lauryn Hill. If they returned with this same lineup, I would go see them again. My wife and I enjoyed the show!!!
I really enjoyed the show but I had backstage passes and never even got to meet them so o think the passes was a waste of money
