  • Time to hang it up

by Leap19 on 6/25/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 2 out of 5

It’s time for Motley Crue to retire. I love their music. Always have. Used to love their live too. Their timing was off. Vince’s vocals were way off and he sounded terrible when you could hear him with the vocals turned way down. It sounded like a high powered karaoke show with Vince noticeably reading the lyrics in the teleprompter. Nikki Sixx was visibly pissed off. John 5 was good as a replacement for Mick. But seriously, just over an hour show for the headliner with most songs being cut short or done as a medley at those ticket prices?? The free stages at Summerfest were still going as the concert let out. Seether was okay but all of their music sounds the same and Buckcherry was meh at best.

  • Great day

by Dutchmonkey on 6/25/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 3 out of 5

Buckcherry could have played a little longer The sound of seether seemed off, Motley Crue was alright Music loud, to probably camouflage the bad singing The show was good received by the audience They sang along with ever song , that helped to cover up The bad singing!

  • Good show but..

by LT on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 3 out of 5

The show was very good, Vince was in better shape than the last tour and did sound a lot better but the sound guy was terrible.Every band sounded bad and this venue went through a huge remodel just to sound better.

  • Awful sound

by GOT2ROCK on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 2 out of 5

Buckcherry only played 25 minutes, Seethers sound was so overdriven and washed out that many of the songs were unrecognizable and they played to a dark stage most of the time. Bad sound continued thru most of Crues set but sound got better 2nd half. Stage show was good but it looked like a lot of "air guitar"

  • Luv Motley Crue - BAD concert

by nelsen67 on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 1 out of 5

Luv Motley Crue - BAD concert The sound was terrible at Summerfest. Vince was wayyyy off his game. Nikki was just mailing it in. Tommy was meh. John 5 was the only highlight. -------very disappointing-------- This was about our 10th time seeing them and the worst experience by far. Either do it right or just retire already! I wish I wouldn't have gone.

  • Vince's voice is just not there

by Tammy on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

I will say I was impressed with John5. I'm used to a spectacular over the top feat by one of the members and it just never happened.

First Motley Crue concert. Was a total blast. Crowd was full of cool people and the band didn’t sound bad at all.

  • Awesome show

Would have enjoyed the concert muck more if the instruments weren’t over powering the vocals

  • Good show, hard to hear vocals

by Mamabear on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 3 out of 5

We've seen motley many times and while Vince always makes the crowd sing more than he does, this time all 3 bands were hard to hear vocals. And most of the shows camera time was spent on John 5, I personally came to see the whole band. It was my daughter's first motley show and as much as I love the band I can honestly say it was probably my last concert for them.

  • Disappointed

by Sad on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 1 out of 5

Glad I saw the Crue in the past. This past Friday they played for 1 1/2 hours with no encore. Vince was reading off a teleprompter for some of the songs and it was overall disappointing. Thank goodness for Micks replacement now he has talent.

  • Awesome show

I had amazing experience with Ticketmaster purchasing my tickets for the Mötley Crüe concert. I had no issues. I received my tickets through my phone on the app. Purchasing them was great. The communication was awesome. I will definitely buy from Ticketmaster again.

  • motley crue still rocks buckcherry is great live

by duanerock on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 3 out of 5

Motley Crue went through a decent set of songs friday at Summerfest john 5 the new guitar player is the real star though Vince Neils vocals were ok on some songs not so good on others but not bad for an older man a little disappointed that there was no drum solo but john 5 put on an awesome guitar solo so overall Motley was Good but opening act Seether is a terrible live band whole audience was bored out of their minds and band sounded awful which could have been the sound system or the band but not a good sounding show and hey maybe you should know you are playing for people on the other hand Buckcherry was awesome great songs and was sad when they were done very underrated band sound great overall decent show

  • Beyond great

by Shady on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

Great time and it was very enjoyable had to much fun lol

  • They did what they could

by Schwanny67 on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

They realized Vince Neal lacked vocals, so they used other methods (Other singers, band mates) to fill in. Their new guitarist, John 5, is worth the price of admission. They played old songs, new ones, and hits. I didn't think I would enjoy it (I came for Seether), but I was pleasantly surprised. Once they started playing medleys of old songs, I left and didn't stay for their slow songs or the encore.

  • Prepare to sing yourself

by Long time fan on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

Nikki, Tommy, and John 5 were solid, but Vince struggles. Still a fun show, but won’t sound like the soundtrack.

  • Motley Crue

by WendyR on 6/24/24American Family Insurance Amphitheater - Summerfest Grounds - MilwaukeeRating: 2 out of 5

Still fun but the singing is um, not so good. If you love ‘em like I do, go, just don’t spend too much on tickets.
