An amazing live act, Montgomery Gentry has a phenomenal ability to get fans stirred up and on their feet.
My husband and I heard them in Orlando when we were passing by a venue one evening, and My hubbie was so impressed, he mentioned he'd like to go and see them play sometime. Well we got the opportunity last evening at the Mohegan Sun Arena and we were most amazed at the performance.
Just an amazing show! They get better and better every time we see them. The sound system was great. The Keith Urban concert at Mohegan the sound was awful.
July 12, Mohegan Sun ~ Montgomery Gentry was an outstanding show, had us going before he even pulled down the curtains. Our seats were not that greatest, BUT it did not matter, he included all us as if we were in the front row! I can't wait to get more tickets this summer. i would recommend his concert to anyone who would be interested! I had already been to a baseball game in Boston that same day, i was extremely tired and when I got to the show I felt Wide awake!
The Mohegan Sun Arena was beautiful and very well organized. It was also nice to leave the event and be able to gamble a bit! =) Montgomery Gentry put on a GREAT SHOW! They sang some great oldies and some good new ones too! I'd recommend this venue and this band to anyone! I had a great time!
The band played for over two hours straight, it was great, we were singing all night.
They were unforgettable...what a night...they just played song after song and totally rocked the house we loved them!!! They even played some kiss tunes...
One of the best I've ever seen - the venue is small making all seats "good seats" They performed to their max!!!!
I have seen Montgomery Gentry for many years and this past concert was one of the best shows I have ever seen. Can't wait until next year!!!!
They put on a great show!!!! Lot of entergy!!!! Would go back for another show.
I've seen them there 2 years in a row. GREAT!!! Little Big Town was great as well. Both sound just as good live as recorded. But it was REEAALLYY HOTT!!! Hope the guy who sailed out in the lower level is doing OK. "Takes all kinds"................... Oh yeah, saw John Rich there enjoying the concert as well.
Montgomery Gentry was great. The Warf is Amphitheater in Orange Beach Alabama. The acrostics is amazing and the sound was great. I was more impressed with Little Big Town. I thought they did a better set.
This concert was amazing not only was Montgomery Gentry a great concert but Little Big Town gave a great show as well and add that to the super 4th of July fire works display and it made the 5 Hr. drive worth it all.
Montgomery Gentry put on a great concert StARTED BY LITTLE BIG TOWN. iT ENDED WITH THE BEST FIREWORKS SHOW I HAVE EVER SEEN IN THE SOUTH.
Fourth of July Concert at the Wharf was wonderful!!!! Very hot but Little Big Town and Montgomery Gentry were good. Fireworks display at end of concert was the perfect ending to a great concert and a great birthday celebration for our great nation!
One of the best concerts I have seen yet! They were best suited for each other!
The Wharf is an excellent place to see a concert. All seats are good, and sound was very good. Though I paid regular price tickets for my kids, the show was advertised as kids get in free.(After my tix were already purchased) Because of this, there was a lot of families present-and my kids did experience more "culture" than I would desire. I have been to many concerts, but I would say that there was more severly intoxicated people than I have ever seen at a concert. We witnessed the usual staggering, but also vomiting and a real winner who urinated right in the stands-my daughter seen the spray, but not the full exposure...We did not see any Wharf staff at all in the stands (they did tend to some other antics that involved stretchers and ambulances). So, despite the energetic duo performing excellent as they have at numerous concerts we saw them at, I do feel the Wharf needs to take a little more resonsibilty for controlling the crowd. Fireworks were great too!
The concert was great, the Rich guy from Big and Rich made a guest appearance. During the song, there is one in every crowd, a drunk guy got on stage and ran around. After a guy on the side of the stage tried to chase him, he dove off the stage into the crowd. He thought the crowd would catch him and pass him around BUT they all moved and he landed on the chairs and busted his nose. The music stopped and waited on a stretcher to get him. He left in a neck brace. Something I will never forget.
Great concert. MG is always great, however parking at venue is horrible, be prepared to get blocked in, as there is no one to guide parking.
The show was awesome! I was very pleased with how smooth things went from entry to departure. Montgomery Gentry put on a great show. I was pleased to see that they stopped the show when someone jumped off the stage and was injured. They didn't start the show back up till they found out if the guy was ok. If they ever come back to town I would go and see them again.
Me and my wife and kids had a great time at this show, Montgomery Gentry did a great job there was never a dull moment at this show. We will be back to see them when they come back to the Wharf....
