AMAZING, kids had a blast. But parking was unbearable especially with young children. Everything was pre buy lots, no parking options. Ended up at station square which was not ideal with children. Would need to pre buy lot pass or get hotel next time
Whole experience was epic! Hopefully the continue to keep it on the SMX schedule. Had a great turn out for the race!
Race itself was great. Very cool to see the show live in person. The venue however didn’t seem prepared. Food was running out before the race began. Patrons were not allowed to go to their seats before 6PM even though the fan fest ran all day. This doubled the amount of people lingering in halls. No preparation for directing traffic - it just felt like an overcrowded bar. If those few items could be addressed it would significantly improve the experience.
Great to have in PGH!! For the first year in over 40 yrs. It was a great show!
Finally, a SuperCross race in my hometown. The track was gnarly, the racing was fantastic, and the crowd was surprisingly humble. Would love it if it was made a permanent stop on the calendar!
It’s been too long since supercross has been to Pittsburgh! And this event was awesome! Sold out crowd! Hoping this becomes a yearly event!
The race was fantastic! Great view! Only thing not great was the FanFest, it was a bit disorganized with no easy flow.
Rain held off and the track lined out nice. Only downfall I noticed was due to inefficiency on Acuishire Field. Merch lines were impossible , having top levels closed off. Everyone was bottle necked on lower levels. Multiple vendors on lower levels sold out of food and beverages. Understand that there is a learning curve but this isn't the first non football event held here
Acrisure stadium worked out perfectly for the Supercross race and fanfest. Wish they had options for 3x shirts at more locations in the stadium. Hoping they come back again. It was a great time!
Had a good time, some areas that need to be improved is entry to fan fest was a major bottleneck, and not allowing people to go to their seats above the 100 level until 6PM wasn't ideal. People don't understand it's basically open seating til 6PM and people who paid dearly for level 100 seats feel they should be allowed to sit there all day. I had no problem moving out of people's seats a couple times but it just creates unnecessary waves.
Awesome Experience. The show moved along quickly.
SuperCross was a blast! Fans had a great viewing experience ~ super fun! We would def come back just one problem arose…. The fact that attendees were not allowed to go to their seats till 6pm really needs to be changed. That was never explained anywhere in the fine print. I paid extra for Club Level seats so we would have a place to sit and relax after fan fest. That needs to be worked out between acrisure and SuperCross. Lots of unhappy people. The weather didn’t help ~ obviously no one’s fault but made the situation worse.
Fantastic venue to host the SMX series and hope they keep going back!
Doors open at 12:00 pm, but can't go to your seat until 6:00 pm. The lower concourse of Heinz Field was jammed packed and was very unsafe. Much better to watch Supercross on TV then go to Heinz Field.
What a night in Pittsburgh for Supercross!!!! Packed the stadium and the town!!!
Race was great. Tee shirt sales were a joke!! Ran out of my size by the time I got into the “store” Hopefully they will bring the race back next year!!
Concession lines were outrageous, gift shops were sold out, tickets overpriced for 2 of the bigger names not to be present
Fanfest needs to be larger area! Cannot wait till next year!
Amazing event just wish they had more in the pits the way they used to.
