A fantastic evening with talented singers and musicians.

Model Airplane really pulled out all the stops for their show at Aura on Saturday night. They showcased some of Portland's best local talent and had the crowd fully engaged from the first song. I had been looking forward to this show for a long time and it exceeded my expectations! It was great to have it at Aura as there were plenty of places to sit and stand. The only suggestion I would have is for the venue and that would be to have more than one bar tender on the upper level. There were a lot of people there and the poor girl was so overwhelmed. Other than that I have no suggestions. I can't wait for next year!

Model Airplane has outgrown smaller more intimate spaces so now they at Aura, primarily a club space with concerts, it was a little different than past years with all the security protocol. That said, Model Airplane and Lyle never disappoint, especially during Funksgiving. Not a ton of wiggle room for dancing, a hallmark of a Lyle show but that's okay. I'm happy for many new fans to be exposed to the band and enjoy how Lyle showcases his bandmates that maybe don't get such a large audience to play in front of. Loved seeing his Dad, Phil.

One of Portland's best, most entertaining bands. Consistently excellent musicianship that produces a long, lively and tight set that goes on for hours. Add the regular appearance of guest artists, and their show never, ever gets old. The rest of the world should experience these guys.

Amazingly Awesome show!!!! Kept us on out feet for the whole time,they played music from Al Green to Whitney Houston and more!They can play anything!!The father and son duo is fantastic!Cant say enough,I would say to anyone who likes music and dancing to not miss a chance to see them.

Exceptional band, superior talent and a ton of charisma. The most consistently excellent band I have the pleasure to see.
