Overall very good. One star short because of concession pricing. I bought two fountain pops and it cost about $15. Yikes! Paid with debit card and the screen asked if I wanted to tip. Wondering how the venue expects me to tip when the profit margin on the product pricing is already beyond reasonable.
It’s a great experience but comes with a high price. Tickets are expensive and snacks/food is ridiculously high priced! Glad my child is a senior so we can listen/watch from home next year.
Pricey and lacking good choices in the food and drink!

Tournament needs to follow the basketball format and play losers bracket separately. Announcing the all tournament team and medal ceremony while the other class is playing for a state championship is disrespectful…. A 2 hour delay before playing a championship game is disruptive to their game preparation…

We would have preferred to be able to go in and out without paying an extra $10. Plenty expensive with a regular ticket. I know you are trying to have a captive audience and sell more food - but this is high school, not professional sports.
The event was fine. The ticket process was frustrating to say the least. Having a game later in the day and not being able to transfer tickets from parents to students and then students having to repurchase tickets because the event was “already started” was crazy. Our game hadn’t started. Then to hear the EVENT ORGANIZERS refuse ANY refunds is ridiculous. Event organizers need to do better and stop taking advantage of students and their families.
I purchased a ticket and used the transfer ticket option and it ended up getting stuck in limbo. I couldn't get it back and the person I transferred it to could not access it. I ended up having to buy another ticket. The chat help was an hours waste of my time. They couldn't help me and I could not speak with a person. Then they just stopped answering me without telling me, I was waiting for an answer and never got one. At least if I stood in line for a hour for a paper ticket, in the end I would have at least had a ticket
My experience at the state tournament was awesome!
The consolation round should have played somewhere else as the teams for 2sr and 2nd place had to wait almost three hours to play…not fair for the Championship game to have to wait so long. Those that had a 3-4 hour drive home afterwards didn’t get back home until 2-3 in the morning. Not safe.

Wish the consolation teams would have played elsewhere as the championship games got started too late for people driving from a distance and we had to wait for 2 1/2 hours for our 6:30 game to start, which puts us home at about 2:00 AM. Not fair for those teams to have to wait so long.
The parking was easy to find! The security people were very patient and friendly. Seating and finding the courts were very easy to navigate. The arena was clean. Lighting and announcements were good.
It was fun being in the student section and competing to be the loudest. The only main issues were issues school administrators were supposed to handle (like disrespectful fans in our student section). The only big issue I had with the event was having just 1 ball for each court. The games were slowed down a lot, and it was irritating seeing the players work their butts off and then have to chase after their own game ball, especially without any active ball catchers. I appreciated the effort that was put in. It just could’ve been a bit more organized. The courts were also really ugly, but that’s a personal opinion. Great atmosphere overall and money well spent.
There were plenty of people working the doors so getting in was pretty quick. Having tickets on my phone was slick too. It was a well run tournament
Concession was confusing because there was no instructions on how lines are form. People didn’t know who was in line ot anything.
It was a great experience , The staff was very helpful and polite food was great and the seats very comfortable.

The students for the next team playing should be kept above the parents that are watching their team don’t allow them to come down and bombard everybody!!! That’s happened every game I said parents were not even able to get up the stairs because of all the students coming down but I always. And then they were allowed to walk in front of us and walk through so we couldn’t even watch our team play it was sad
