The Lenovo center was an easy venue to get in and out of. Seats were comfortable and the view was clear. A little chilly, but that's to be expected in a hockey stadium, so long sleeves and even a hoodie are not too much. The PWHL and the Frost are always fun and exciting games.
So excited to have attended this event. I have great hope that we will have opportunities to see the professional women play.
The PWHL Takeover Tour at the Lenovo Center was a great experience! The arena was very cool and the crowd was so vibrant. The PHWL is absolutely amazing and it was such a great game to see. So glad they came to Raleigh!
I took my daughter who plays hockey. It was so awesome for her to experience a game that felt just as exciting as a NHL game but with women who inspire her. She was lucky enough get a warm up puck as well. If I had any suggestions it would just be more merch. We went to a game on the Takeover Tour. We got in as soon as the doors opened and got in line for merch right away. They were already selling out of some things and/or certain sizes. It was a great time though and I’d definitely recommend going to a game if you’re considering it!
We purchased tickets as soon as they were available. We had wonderful seats with a full view of the ice. The Minnesota Frost and Ottawa had great teams. They were skilled and quick and played a great game
I wasn't sure what to expect. What a pleasant surprise! Two great teams going head to head in fast paced action. Was almost as good as NHL hockey. I'd attend another PWHL if given the opportunity. Hope we can get our own PWHL team here in Raleigh NC.
This was genuinely the most fun I have ever had at a sports game. Wow. Crowd involvement, team morale, play styles, everything. I wish there was a team in Raleigh!
My son and I attended a PWHL game. Charge vs Frost. It was absolutely spectacular and we can’t wait to go to another game!
I love going to events at the excel energy center in st. paul! Watching the MN Frost play live was such a blast. I love the energy. I love the venue.

First time attending Xcel Energy Center for a Minnesota Frost Game. We really enjoyed the experience. Fun atmosphere and Xcel staff does a great job. 🔥🔥🔥
The Frost game was a good hockey game and fun to attend. The play was excellent with outstanding plays at both ends. The entire family enjoyed the wvwnt
Third time this year I’ve traveled from northern Minnesota to see the frost at Xcel and it never disappoints. Reasonably priced seats, friendly staff, happy hour pricing on some concessions from doors open to half hour before puck drop, all around great atmosphere. Thanks for another good time! Can’t wait until the next!
The game was absolutely awesome! Crowd excitement demonstrated that people do like to watch women’s sports! It seemed like the venue underestimated the crowd attendance, not all concessions were open, resulting in crazy long wait times at the ones that were.
Love love love this experience! It was so fun going to the PWHL game at the Ball Arena in Denver. Everyone was so happy and into the game. The staff was so welcoming & helpful. The place was clean and there was clear signage everywhere. We made history with the largest crowd of 14,000+ for a US PWHL game. It was an energizing & welcoming environment in a safe & fun arena.
I was lucky enough to get to see the Frost in Denver. I’ve been to a ton of hockey games, but you could really tell how much this game and this league meant to the crowd. This team has some insane talent on it. Hopefully I get to see them again!
We had a very good time. Really wish the Frost would've played Hensley!
The event was absolutely amazing. Our entire family had so much fun and were so excited from kids to grandparents. It would be amazing to be able to do it more often and maybe for a team of our own one day
As a long time hockey fan, having the PWHL here was something truly special!
Loved the experience- you need to recruit my daughter- she plays professionally in the EWHL and she is as good as any on the ice on Sunday! Look forward to a team in Denver and more women's teams all over the United States.
