The Wave pulled off their home opener in an exciting comeback from a 10-2 deficit - winning in the last few seconds of the game. Definitely a great game. That led to the awesome acoustic perfomance by Chris Daughtry and 2 other members of the band. (sorry, don't recall their names) The cold was extreme outside, but inside, Daughtry performed an 8 song set that was unforgettable and worth the biting cold. Despite being short, it was amazing. I didn't know what to expect since I had never attended a post-game concert, but If Daughtry is playing, I will be there. I paid the additional $25 to be able to go onto the field and stand in front of the stage. (the pit) Great decision. They played one cover, 3 songs from the new album and 4 older ones. Nothing from "Break the Spell", but it was only 8 songs...
Wave games are fun - especially with a win. The concert was AMAZING.
