I can only hope that when the taxpayers are done funding the naming rights for the UW Panther Arena, the Admirals can truly take over and create a comfortable space to watch the games. The seats are so low that as someone who is 5' 10" and relatively good shape finds the seating very uncomfortable. I kept getting kicked in the back of the head or in the back in general, by the fan behind me every time he would adjust. I don't know how they'd do it, but if the Ad's get the naming rights, they'll change the seating and they need to make them a bit higher so it doesn't feel like you're sitting on the floor. One of the reasons the Bradley's donated to build a new arena was that the concourses are far too small for the crowds. Heaven forbid they need to evacuate the building in a hurry; it's not happening! They will need to expand the concourses in some way. On the upside, the food is a far sight than what is served at a Brewer's game. First, it's actually cooked. Second, it's actually hot when you get back to your seat. Third, it's darn good! Of course it's also Usinger's so that already says quality. Sad to say, until some of these changes can be made, we will probably only be making one game per year. We used to have season tickets to Admirals games.
Took over 45 minutes to find parking. Parking downtown is a joke, especially when there are other events occurring the same time.
The game was entertaining and engaging for my daughters (even though it was our first ever hockey game). And the Brett Young concert afterward was the icing on the cake! A great show by a great artist!
Panther Arena venue has lots of parking close by. Being an amateur team the Milwaukee Admirals don’t draw a huge crowd so the place is not crowded and it’s quite a relaxed atmosphere, however, the standard of play was very good and production values of the support staff, camera work, presentation staff and filler features was first class. Really comfy seats and lots of food and drink inc alcoholic beverages available. Also shop where local fans can buy lots of merchandise.
Pretty cool to see two great events together! Nice venue too!
Game was great right to the end. Went into overtime and ended with a shootout. Just would have liked to see the Icehogs win.
We enjoyed the admirals game and had lots of fun. We really enjoyed the concert after the game. We will be returning to another game soon :)
If you never checked out hunter Hayes you should known him for a couple years and his concerts never disappoint
The Admirals game was SO much fun!! I took my husband there to celebrate his birthday and they won 5-4!! The seats were great and the venue was wonderful!
Very exciting hockey game, but with bad results!!!
First hockey game ever! Had an amazing time. Really liked the atmosphere. Definitely going to another game! FYI Dipping dots were very delicious
This was our third visit to Panther arena to watch the Admirals. We've sat in the 200's & 400 seats and always had a great view of the game. Highly reccomend you go see a game!
The game did not turn out so well because they lost, but really good seats. Good and fun crowd. Will go back
This was the second Admirals home game my wife & I attended on the weekend. Our seats were on the end of the ice, just a few rows down from the end wall. Seat pads provided good comfort for the game, but the leg room was very tight. The view of the ice surface was complete, but the protective netting behind the goal did reduce visibility some. The overall lighting quality of the ice surface during the game was excellent. As with our visit the previous night, the arena & team staff were all very friendly and accommodating. And we got to eat more Cedar Crest ice cream - YUM!
My wife & I made our first visit to Panther Arena for this game. The lobby & concourse areas are simple but brightly colored and well lit. Our seats at center ice on the penalty bench side were comfortable, but leg room was a little tight. The view of the ice was very good. The arena sound system had pretty good audio quality, and we could actually carry on a conversation most times during the game. The center hung video board system is very crisp. Arena & team staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was quite surprised that Panther had no arena entry metal detectors nor screening of guest bags; but there were uniformed Milwaukee PD officers patrolling the concourse all evening. Arena concessions variety & number of stands was more than adequate for the crowd. AND they've got a Cedar Crest Ice Cream stand - what more could you ask for? Overall, we had a very enjoyable evening of hockey watching.
These games are always fun for the kids. It is good to know that there is positive entertainment in the Milwaukee area. I recommend these games for people looking to have an enjoyable time.
We have a girls night once a month and never forget to make one an Admirals game. This was our first time to the Panther Arena. It is nice with friendly staff and good eats.
Great seats, nice area, bad parking. Wish the Admirals were in the Bradley Center though.
Good music, good intermission with roscoe, would recommend anyone to go to a Ads game.
