Miami HEAT History
Founded in 1988 as an expansion franchise, the Miami HEAT are one of the NBA's premier organizations, laying claim to 16 Southeast Division titles, seven Eastern Conference titles, and three NBA Championships. After hiring renowned NBA coach Pat Riley in 1995, the team won its first Championship in 2006, led by Hall of Famers Shaquille O'Neal, Dwyane Wade, Alonzo Mourning, and Gary Payton. Miami then captured back-to-back titles in 2012 and 2013 with their “Big Three” consisting of Wade, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh.
In the summer of 2019, much of the team's current core began to take shape, as the HEAT drafted guard Tyler Herro, then acquired All-Star guard Jimmy Butler to round out a roster that already featured promising big Bam Adebayo. In their current form, the team has reached the Finals twice (in 2020 and 2023).

Amazing staff in the Bacardi section! I always have had a great experience when attending a Miami Heat game at the Bacardi section.
Everything was excellent and the game was remarkable.
I FULFILLED MY DREAM. BEING WITH YOU WAS A COSMIC EXPERIENCE FOR ME.
Everything was smooth with the transaction making the overall experience great.
Food and drinks were expensive but other than that amazing experience!
What a great stadium and such fun fans/atmosphere. We always have a blast here. Go heat!
We were harassed about our seats that we purchased. The icing on top is when valet lost our car. We won’t be going back to a Miami game in Miami!
The game was amazing and I honestly can’t even explain on how amazing it was. I had amazing seats, I got an autographed signed poster from Kevin Love, took a picture with one of the dancers and I was on TV for winning a question!! Can’t really beat to be honest. Would definitely go again as much as possible!!
My 28-year-old son and I finally took in a Heat game after we tried it once before over 25 years ago. My son and I went to a heat game when he was a little over three years old, at old arena. We got to the game about an hour prior to tip-off; picked up hotdogs, popcorn, and drinks prior to taking our seats. All was well while the players warmed up taking shots and lay-ups. As soon as the loud, long, buzzer went off; my son got up from his seat and started up the steps to the exit doors. I followed behind him; but knew it would not end well. While we stood in the corridor, the masses were pouring in to catch the tip-off. After several attempts to bribe him with candy and cotton candy; I knew it was time to drive back home to Pembroke Pines and hopefully catch the end of the game on TV. This past Friday night we tried it again, with much success. We had an incredible time at the game and the seats we purchased through Ticketmaster were absolutely phenomenal. I'm hopeful I can arrange to have my other two sons and daughter, that live outside of Florida, all together to watch a game next season.
My wife and I took or son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons to their first NBA game. The game, the arena, the city, and the whole experience was second to none.
I am from Germany and it was my first Basketball game , it was amazing. I hope I get the chance to come back one day. Thanks for this great time.
The whole process from purchasing to checking in to our seats was seamless and hastle free. It was great doing business with ticket master.
Super organized - loved the game, the organization, getting into the arena was super easy, although I was not aware that I needed locker and had to pay 12USD for it.
My usher kept blocking view.Pillo Tropico ran out of food and ordering is a nightmare.Limited food choices and hard to read board print is small.
The game was awesome. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The Miami Heat are a really talented and stacked team. I hope to really see them make a big push in the playoffs.
It was amazing. Everything is well done, and easy to enjoy.
Great experience and team with family and place like miami
A magnificent experience, it was very easy to access and buy the tickets and the security of the event, the parking spaces were very easy to find, everything was phenomenal as always, Ticketmaster is the best
I am fantastic night at the heat game versus Cleveland Friday night. Visiting my 9 Gabriel mom lives in fort Lauderdale. Come down twice a year and try to see the Heat ,whenever I visit. Tight exciting game, heroics by Jimmy Butler and Tyler Hero bring Miami back from 11 down, late in the 3rd quarter. Post game fireworks, and Winner's pizza at Ben's pizza post game, while traffic calms down. Great arena! We were coming in with accessible seating for my mom's companion who has trouble walking. Large group of young children behind us who screamed on snout throughout the whole game which only served to increase the enthusiasm in an already revved up crowd.
Having never experienced a live Miami Heat game, the experience was phenomenal! And the Heat coming back from being behind in the first half and winning the game by 2 points was the icing on the cake!!! Event staff and security were pleasant and helpful! Thank you for making my bucket list event a great memory!!!
