Miami HEAT History
Founded in 1988 as an expansion franchise, the Miami HEAT has since reigned as one of the NBA's premier organizations, laying claim to 16 Southeast Division titles, seven Eastern Conference titles, and three NBA Championships. After hiring renowned NBA coach Pat Riley in 1995, the team won its first Championship in 2006, led by Hall of Famers Shaquille O'Neal, Dwyane Wade, Alonzo Mourning, and Gary Payton. The HEAT then captured back-to-back titles in 2012 and 2013 behind their league-altering trio, “The Big Three,” headlined by Wade, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh. Today, the HEAT continue to build on that legacy, with All-Stars Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro leading a new era of competitive excellence.

Everything as expected and a great experience in the end
Great experience NBA awesome 👌 closed matchups and they finishing in OT
NBA games are always awesome experience, especially for us, who live in another country. The worse part was about the food availability and its price, too many people in the lines, very crowded place. But despite of that, I'd certainly do it again many times.
Everything Was Great, THat's all 2 Say. I Had A Great Time & My Investment was worth it
End-to-end a terrific experience, parking, security measures, pre-show activities, the start of the show, easy to buy food and shop clothes. The only thing I can suggest is to expand the 1st floor store, after the game is too crowded. Great experience overall, hope go there soon to support the Heat.
I bought expensive tickets close to the court to enjoy the match. Suddenly, the guy who sat next to me was literally taking two seats, he was so fat! and coughed all the time. which caused me to sit squeezed and hear this guy's reflux cough all the time instead of enjoying the game. massacre
Easy to get tickets off the app and to transfer to my apple wallet. Easy entrance into arena
Food is extremely overpriced and bad quality, also junk food everywhere there are not healthy options. Both options should be available and quality should be great based on their prices. Drinks as well, basic and overpriced
Great show, great seats, perfect👍 Except I went with a guy from work who’s in a wheelchair. We both had tickets but they wouldn’t let his assigned helper in without a ticket! The ticket lady showed no understanding and said that I should help him. Just a random guy from work and I am NOT hired as his helper! Not nice👎
It was an amazing experience, mainly for one for abroad to watch an NBA game in court and - more than that - become a Heat's fan! Organization was perfect! Congratulations!
The game and atmosphere were fun and inviting, family-friendly yet not sophomoric. Attendants catered to me and those nearby, providing snacks and drinks. The fan engagement team and ushers were friendly and helpful. However, I have two complaints regarding logistics: first, getting inside the arena was challenging. I was directed to three different entrances by staff, and the lines were long despite arriving 45 minutes before game time to avoid them. Second, when leaving the arena, there were no clear spaces for Uber or rideshare pickup. Designating an area like airports do might improve the experience for people trying to order Ubers from all directions. I ended up walking 30 minutes to a nearby hotel to order my Uber, which was an hour after the game ended. Please improve logistics around the arena for future games. The inside is amazing; focus on improving the outside experience.
My first visit to the USA all the way from Malta 🇲🇹 in Europe was an unforgettable adventure! I've always dreamed of attending an NBA game, especially as a Miami Heat fan cheering from home. This experience was beyond my wildest dreams! The atmosphere was electric, the game was thrilling, and to top it all off, we celebrated a fantastic win! 🎉🏀✨😊😊
well Apperantly, the HEAT was off & The Game was Unacceptable, we LOst & I i felt it was a waste
We love the Heats so sad that Pelle Larsson was injured…
The game was exceptional! The Heat had a wonderful night and the Kaseya center is a great venue.
It was all a great Investment.Even though the Traffic in2 Downtown was Rough.I Still Made it &___ ENJOYED MYSELF
Great armosphere, nice to experience it as a foreigner!
Ticketmaster was fine. However The Heat Organization left me cold. They pledged a free chicken sandwich at Chick-Fil-A for all ticket holders if the opposing player missed both free-throws right before he setup at the free-throw line. The opposing player missed both free throws ! The announcer was overjoyed and again pledged a free chicken sandwich at Chick-Fil-A ! My son and I arrived at Chick-Fil-A the next day and the manager and employees had no information regarding free Chick-Fil-A sandwiches for Heat game ticket holders.
Surprised my husband with heat vs lakers tickets and he love it. It was a great experience
Mayb It Didn't start Out as Expected with A Scoreboard Malfunction. The Error was Corrected & the Game & food @ the Concession Stands & Bars wer'e Great
