  • Lines just too long

    by E. S. on 4/11/19Minneapolis Convention Center - MinneapolisRating: 3 out of 5

I've gone to similar events in the past and my son really loved them. This one, not so much. The lines were just too long and very few booths had giveaways, which is one of his favorite parts. You could collect stamps and get items from Cap One, but it took us almost half the day to get to 6 stamps because the lines were so long. We even went early during the Cap One entrance, but it was still really bad.

  • Great experience

    by Robbies6 on 4/11/19Minneapolis Convention Center - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

We thought it was well done. Went Friday with my 9 year old grandson. There was a good variety of things to do. Kudos to all the volunteers who were so positive to the kids.

  • Nice Job Minnesota!

    by S. K. on 4/11/19Minneapolis Convention Center - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Love that MN is getting to host some major sporting events. The people are so helpful and the city does whatever they can to make the event fun for all. So many free things to do. Shout out to Wendy's, Coke and Reece's for their support

  • great

by bigmomma on 4/11/19Minneapolis Convention Center - MinneapolisRating: 4 out of 5

both my children, their spouses and all the grandchildren and brother had a great time--the food venue sort of sucked--all those people and only one little corner for food--long lines and couldn't bring anything in--definitely would say the bistro was a huge disappointed-the food didn't even taste good-but we came for everything else

  • Just for kids?

    by B. on 4/11/19Minneapolis Convention Center - MinneapolisRating: 3 out of 5

Somewhat repetious. Standing in line to toss a ball isn't my thing. Should have had a live music stage. Hockey Fest that was here several years ago was much better.

  • Fan Fest 2018 San Antonio

by frankierod361 on 4/10/18Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

The event was awesome, as there was plenty to see and do inside the venue. The times for certain important things overlapped, such as for basketball legend signings, so I wish this would have been better managed, for fans that wanted to be able to meet & greet everyone in attendance. Also, there should have been more food options, particularly from the corporate sponsors there such as Wendy's, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Pizza Hut. Instead there were basic kiosk-type concessions with very limited menu options. Patrons were forced to go to other already-packed restaurants around the Riverwalk to grab a bite. Otherwise, the event was amazing and will definitely go the next time it rolls in to town.

  • Enjoyed it!

by Charlierio on 4/8/18Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center - San AntonioRating: 4 out of 5

I enjoyed all of the activities offered...My only criticism was that no recreational play of basketball was available. In prior Final 4's there were multiple courts for rec. play...just the chance to play against people from other regions of our country is cool.

San Antonio was fantastic ..... location .... all events within walking distance ..... weather ..... concerts ..... (bands) ....fan fest ... games ..... easy (fast) entry into the Alamo Dome .... alternative bus ride options (although we didn't use) as we foung convenient and affordable parking just N of the stadium... my only complaint!! Where was the half time entertainment at the Championship game ...... watching cheerleaders dance ?? What a letdown ...... There's a million entertainment venues (at low or no cost .... if that's a problem) that could have been used !! THAT WAS DISAPPOINTING!! All-in-all ..... a great time had for 4 days of fun and Basketball ......

The Fan Fest at Final Four in San Antonio was great. Venue was large enough for large crowds. Good selection of snacks and lots to do for all ages. San Antonio is Awesome, come back NCAA!!

  • San Antonio Final Four Fan Fest

by jfd3 on 4/5/18Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

It was ok. The venue was great, and the proximity to the Alamodome made for a nice pre-game activity. As far as value goes, not so much. Tickets were available for free by purchasing a coke product at the local grocery, but not knowing that I paid $10 a person. This event wasn't worth that, but the cost didn't break the bank either. The music festival was open to the public (free), for what was on display at the fan fest, it should have also....

  • Final Four Fan Fest = Family Fun!

by FanFestFan on 4/12/17Phoenix Convention Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

We were genuinely impressed with the layout for this event. Having our kids get in for free was not a new experience; however, having all of the kid friendly events/activities inside for free as well was awesome. They were able to participate in "dunk contests", rock climbing, face painting, coloring, TV time, etc. without a price tag attached to each. As a parent, it was nice to say yes all day and allow them to be kids. Our only disappointment came from the communication from Ticketmaster. When we went online to purchase our adult passes, it showed $0 for Capital One cardholders. I clicked the link and entered my Capital One card information only to be charged full price. When I contacted Ticketmaster regarding the charge they told me there were no refunds. We didn't even scan the tickets we paid for because Capital One handed us free passes upon arrival. Do better, Ticketmaster.

  • Very Fun For Kids

    by RSR42 on 4/10/17Phoenix Convention Center - PhoenixRating: 4 out of 5

The event was extremely fun for the kids, as well as adults. Lots to do. Plenty of games. Only downside was the crowd size. If you don't like crowds, this isn't for you. Lines were longer than some amusement park rides...

  • by Anonymous on 4/8/17Phoenix Convention Center - PhoenixRating: 2 out of 5

Not very much for young children to do. It was very crowded. Actually except for throwing basketballs there wasn't much else to do.

  • by WillyStyleAZ on 4/6/17Phoenix Convention Center - PhoenixRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome event wish, it was and every year thing. Would love to go back again.

  • Lots of fun

by ShanSteve on 4/6/17Phoenix Convention Center - PhoenixRating: 4 out of 5

My family had a great time. There were lots of activities going on and the vibe was really great. The main concern we had was not knowing we needed the waiver signed prior to playing games until we were standing in line. It may have been more apparent if they had at least one waiver booth right near the entrance and it advertised clearly that you need to stop there first.
