    Phoenix knows how to host!

by Barry from Canada on 4/10/24Phoenix Convention Center - Phoenix

The Final Four Fan Fest at the Phoenix Convention Center was a super event. All kinds of activities for kids of all ages, free snacks from sponsors like Ritz and free samples from Coke! Everyone was having fun!

    I had fun but…

by Alton on 4/9/24Phoenix Convention Center - Phoenix

I had fun at the final four fan fest. It’s the basketball player in me. When I first moved to Phoenix, the fan fest was here. When I got there I remember courts being outside. I also remember a court indoor. I’m not sure why they weren’t there this time. That’s really my own complaint I think a free play area would be cool.

Complete fun experience. Parking was less than ideal.

by Crabo on 4/9/24Phoenix Convention Center - Phoenix

Fan festival and concerts were great events. Game experience was enjoyable. Parking needs a little more supervision especially post game.

Lots of the booths were chances for fans to play basketball and win prizes. A great time for kids.

    Phoenix Spring Break 2024

by Basketball Family on 4/9/24Phoenix Convention Center - Phoenix

On our visit to Phoenix, we went to the NCAA fan fest and had an awesome day! Our son loves basketball and loved the event, all the basketball activities he could participate in, watching the final four games on the big screen. It was a great value for only $10 per person.

    Disappointing final four location

by Rich on 4/9/24Phoenix Convention Center - Phoenix

Did not attend as the location was 35-45 minutes away from the State Farm arena- further to that there was no shuttle or other transport between locations - really wanted to attend but don’t understand why it couldn’t have been around the arena site. And I understand driving was an option but parking a car cost $75 daily!!

    Final Four fan fest.

by MUG on 4/8/24Phoenix Convention Center - Phoenix

I was a really cool experience for me and my family except for the fact of waiting in line 45 minutes to an hour and a half for a 30 second to a minute attraction was kind of too long should have had more attractions than use the entire space at the convention center to reduce the lines.

    Disorganized

by SliverNeo on 4/8/24Phoenix Convention Center - Phoenix

I have been to the Final Four for the last 10 years and this has been one of my worst experiences. The transportation accomodation were not conductive to the amount of people. Getting around Phoenix was difficult without a car. Getting to and from the Stadium was horrible ( about a hour and 45 minute trip one way by public transportation). Fanfest accomodations were cramped for the amount of people. There were not enough activities for the amount of people. The Fan Experince by On Location also left something to be desired. They ran out of food and could not keep up with demand. The food was also cold when it arrived and became hard to eat. There were not enough fun things or games to do at the Fan Experince. It was also very cramped and could not handle the amount of people. In the stadium I had to show my tickets 4 times before I could get to my seats. When leaving they funneled the people though a few gates which was a nightmare. IT JUST WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERINCE!

Basketball isn’t meant for an NFL stadium

by JK on 4/10/23George R Brown Convention Center - Houston

Lots of obstructed views and the end zones and corners have terrible views.

    Final Four

by JulieA915 on 4/6/23George R Brown Convention Center - Houston

The sound system at NRG was terrible. We could not hear the announcer at all. Our seats were in the 100 section.

    not happy

by Denise Wolfe on 4/5/23George R Brown Convention Center - Houston

one major concern, as I entered event I was told no wagons allowed (I had my 1year old g-gbaby and my 2 year old grandbaby) a stroller would not help me so I took a wagon. So i understand if that was the case it should have been made known and also I feel as if it should have been enforced I seen many wagons and even alerted staff (who done nothing about it)

    Horrible experience

by NG on 4/5/23George R Brown Convention Center - Houston

This event was packed to the max. There were long lines for every single activity. It was awful and unpleasant. I would not recommend to anyone. Capacity should have been limited to make for a better experience for everyone.

    by T. G. on 4/5/23George R Brown Convention Center - Houston

It was an excellent adventure, showcasing the love for basketball and the men final four team. Outstanding events and a great way to share with your preteens, teens, and young adults.

    Well done!

by Rita on 4/5/23George R Brown Convention Center - Houston

The Fan Fest was an enjoyable event. However, the early admission for Capital One cardholders was kind of a moot point since many of the activities were not yet operating.
