Texas-based Memphis May Fire has become one of the hottest metal-core tickets around, with a unique blend of post-hardcore, Southern rock, and powerful live performances. Their rhythms are tight, they know how to shred, and lead singer Matty Mullins controls a crowd like no other -- he’ll have the audience moshing like crazy one minute, inspiring them with stories about the band overcoming adversity the next. In 2012, Memphis blew away crowds during their Main Stage set at the Vans Warped Tour, and immediately followed that up with a high-profile European tour with Of Mice & Men, an American tour with Asking Alexandria, and a victory lap on the 2013 Warped Tour. And in the middle of all that, they released the album Challenger, which debuted at No. 16 on the Billboard 200 with the defiant and incredible song “Prove Me Right.”
It’s nothing new for the band, though. All the way back in 2009, the band’s very first album, Sleepwalking, generated to the popular single “Ghost In The Mirror,” which was featured on the Saw VI soundtrack, and earned the band recognition as one of Revolver Magazine’s Top 25 Under 25. Since then, they’ve released two more albums and toured the world, but they’re not done yet. In 2014, they’ll continue to push forward, not only releasing their fourth album, which Mullins describes as more mature and more orchestral, but they’ll also be playing more concert dates in the UK and beyond.
Memphis May Fire never fails to deliver. I saw them last at Warped Tour. To see them again after so many years I was so impressed to see how amazing their sound still is. I’m glad I got to experience this particular MMF show. Since it was my first show after all the Covid craziness.
I had a blast. The underground has and is still one of my most favorite venues. I like the personal experience you get verses somewhere bigger. Its a small space but still with plenty of action. I have never had any issues with the many years

The walls shaked, the floors shaked, and the crowd was rocking and banging their heads all night. I have seen a hundred bands and this band is easily one of the best up and coming bands. Go see them if you are thinking about it…

The preformers where amazing but like i said before if you pay for Vip and add other things then you should be treated as such I'll admit i was late bit regardless what's the point in paying extra if you have to stand at the back and not get to even be close to the stage but it was still an outstanding show and experience one i will most certainly not forget
I was there to mainly see From Ashes to New but was pleasantly surprised by Memphis May Fire. I had heard songs by then and did like them, but they have definitely gained a new fan.
I drove from the beaches of SC all the way to Atlanta GA with the goal to see Memphis Mayfire live. I was stressed and having a tough time personally and suddenly decided to get tickets and VIP tickets so I could meet them. Everything went in order and accordingly. The staff was very friendly and cool. I went by myself, but every fan there was super nice and helpful. I got signatures and pictures with the boys. I even got an email with pictures from the event. I got to eat pizza and be up at the front to enjoy the concert. I liked all the acts before the boys but when Memphis May Fire went on I went crazy jumping around and shouting their name. It was overall fun, safe, and overall the concert experience you want. As a 23 year old female, there was always staff and fans around and it was just really enjoyable.
Never had been to the Varsity Theater venue before , loved the layout and subject matter of the atmosphere , was a very good experience and will definitely be back for future shows . Memphis May Fire and A Word Alive and other open bands rocked it out , hope to see them around next year or sooner

I met Memphis May Fire at this concert, best dudes ever. The show was outstanding, every band was perfect and the crowd was wild. Loved it. best concert ever.
It was absolutely amazing. When they played Miles Away, Matty's wife came on stage. They had great mosh pits. Best concert I've been to.
Beartooth, Hands Likes Houses, A Skylit Drive and the Word Alive were really good but Memphis May Fire was the show! It was hard to see sometimes though when I'm about 6'0'' (I apologize to anyone who is shorter) and this guy stands in front of me who was about 6'4", smelled, shaggy haired and had back acne...gross. It was really crowded and really hot in there too! It felt perfect when the vents would open but it was like the inside of a stove when they were closed. Also, it felt like my guests and I were the oldest ones in there because the fans/crowd seemed like they were all in high school or something. In all, it was a DECENT show. Just what I expected it to be but I really enjoyed Memphis May Fire.
The bands were all great, and the crowd wasn't that bad.
This was an unforgettable night! All the band's had everyone jumping and having a good time. All the bands sounded incredible as well! And as always Memphis May Fire was amazing! What a show. I truly feel sorry for anyone who doesn't go to this
The site was great, I love how it looks old and broken down from the outside but looks brand new on the inside. The size was gray for a first timer like me and was amazing how close we got to the bands! Also the sound was perfect.
