This was our first time at the Alice and Wonderland Tea Party. What a great idea. The food was wonderful. I love all the arts and crafts. Seeing all the characters there was a delight. I will bring all 3 of my girls to the next one!!
We really enjoyed going to the Tea Party! The food was tasty and the decor was very pretty. The Alice In Wonderland characters were available and very nice.
Perfect day for tea party. Extremely unorganized, lady at front desk knew nothing, granted there was another entrance, she should have known. We stood around with no answers the majority of the time. Ladies selling tea were the only ones there one time, Event started late, food was good,room temp tea was not, characters not ready, Alice had us follow her to a building where others were getting ready, we just stood some more. Loved the plant in the cup, hat tent needs to be bigger( great idea) I would rather pay more for some organization. Great potential. Hope this helps.
Nothing was setup when it started. They were all scrambling around while guests were left to walk around confused. This even was definitely geared towards children but was still very poorly decorated. Alice in Wonderland is over the top, so everything should have been that way. The plant area was horrible. You were supposed to plant an herb in a teacup, and all they did was crammed it into the cup and sent you on your way. Definitely not worth $20. Maybe $5 at most.

Brunch was extremely underwhelming for the price. Not enough carts to get guests to the brunch, so we were stuck waiting for 10 minutes. We were only allowed through the brunch line once per person. Food was underseasoned and the selection was awful. The best part was the shrimp and grits which was being rationed at 3 shrimp per person. Only 2 port a potty bathrooms for all of the guests which were not maintained and were full by our seating. Also, people reserved tables and then chose to sit elsewhere, leaving "reserved" tables in better locations unoccupied. Band was OK - did not notice them. Drinks were decent but was frustrated that not even one drink was included in the hefty price. Would not go back and would not recommend to anyone.
We had a great time but wish they had more sweets to eat. It was a beautiful day to be outside. Lots of fun for the kids.
I hate to be so negative, but I must say this event was a disappointment. No one there knew a thing about it. I'm guessing they were all volunteers making extra credit for high school? They hadn't been prepped and had no clue what was going on. The tea time with food and drinks was set up in the hottest brightest area possible. They served egg sandwiches, and sandwiches with mayo that had been out in the sun for hours. I hope no one got sick. The photo prop areas were falling apart, and the craft areas took 45 minutes to get through. Once again because of unknowledgeable volunteers. I expected so much better, and it wasn't at all like advertised.
The Alice in Wonderland Tea Party was Amazing! The grounds were gorgeous, and the tea party was a perfect event for 3 generations of little girls!
