There is only one word to describe a Megan and Liz Concert - REMARKABLE. From the line up time to the end of the show it was so fun. Now, personally I have VIP which meant I got to meet them, so I'll start from there.
Meet and Greet: Due to the fact of having VIP, my friend and I had to be at the venue by 6:00. We got there around 5:10, and there was already a huge line! Not everyone in this line had VIP - which shows how much we all wanted to see Megan and Liz. Around 5:40 - 5:50 (I didn't look at the time but I knew it was before 6) staff members came out to check for VIP and gave us our VIP passes. Once the VIP people were brought into the venue we waited in line until 6 for Megan and Liz come out. While we were all waiting, the opening act, Kalin and Myles, were sound-checking (they are awesome by the way!). I won't go into full details of what happened when I met Megan and Liz, but there weren't any professional cameras and essentially you could take as many photos with them as you want! After taking photos with the girls we got to wait in the venue so we got pretty close to the stage (we were basically right against it). I also bought a white sweatshirt with the word "Macer" in black letters on the front and "Megan and Liz" going down the left arm ($40, but so worth it).
Wow okay, that was a long explanation of VIP. But they started letting the others in around 6:40 (they did everything early, I wasn't complaining!) after Megan and Liz had gone upstairs to get ready and all that stuff. Now, for the Boston venue there was a window-type-thing up where they were getting ready, so they kept peeking through to tease us, it was funny and cute! The only complaint I have about the show is that from the time after my friend and I got our pictures with them, we had to stand waiting for the show to start at 8. We stood for more than an hour - but I will say, even though I disliked it very much, I would go through it again to see them live another time.
Now, on to the show! At 8, maybe a little after I can't remember the exact time, Kalin and Myles came out to open the show. They played for about half an hour. They were so good! I had no idea who they were before the show and now I love them. They got the place so hyped up. After they finished, Megan and Liz's band came on to check their instruments and microphones. At 8:30, the stars came on! Megan and Liz did so well! They were funny and cute and everything you would expect from them. Another thing I disliked was that the band was SO overpowering. During Megan and Liz's songs with the band you could barely hear them - I don't know what was wrong, either the microphones weren't loud enough or they turned the bands sound system up WAY too high. The show was still amazing though. They played for a good hour or so, and ended around 9:30.
After the show, you think we would just leave, right? Wrong! My friend and I were leaving and we saw Kalin and Myles in the meet and greet room, so of course we took this opportunity to meet them! I got a picture with them kissing my cheeks (although they didn't really and it looks like they're whispering something in my ears. Oh well! I still love the photo) and I even got them to sign my VIP pass (I didn't have a sharpie when I met Megan and Liz, so no autograph from them! Sad face!). Now, usually after shows Megan and Liz stay after to take photos with fans who stay (or so I'm told) but unfortunately for Boston, they couldn't! For me, I wasn't too upset because I already got to meet them, but I wish everyone there could have gotten a picture with them.
Overall, the show was tremendous. I would definitely recommend for people to go see them. I would see them over and over again if I could (not just because I've been watching their youtube videos since 2009...). The show was honestly THAT good, one of the best I've been to this summer. Although there were a couple of "flaws", I guess you could call them, the show was still very, very enjoyable.
