Fun but could have been better
by Chester2080 on 8/22/10Allstate Arena - RosemontTwo artists didn't show up and the radio station mentioned that the first wouldn't come, but at the concert the second one was forgotten. Music was way too loud at certain points. Radio hosts were trying their hardest, but they kept turning what was a Latin American event into a Mexican event, which was a bit out of place.
