My wife and I had a great time. Maz was hilarious and kept us laughing almost the entire time. Equal opportunity humor sparing no one. Very light hearted and clean language. We met Maz after the show to get photos and an autographed book. He's fun to talk to so don't miss the opportunity.

  • I was disappointed

    by 0423 on 3/18/15Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 1 out of 5

I bought these tickets because I enjoy Maz Jobrani on Wait Wait Don't Tell Me on NPR. I was expecting the comedy to be more intellectual and educated - comedians usually take advantage of the DC audience when they perform here. Unfortunately, this was one step above fart jokes. I felt like I was in the Laff Factory in 1991 with a comedian making fun of how white guys can't dance. And, when one of the "warm up" comedians made a 9/11 joke, my husband shut down and was ready to leave. Yes, a 9/11 joke in a city that witnessed tragedy at the Pentagon. All in all, I couldn't wait to leave and am sorry I spent the money for the tickets. Maz Jobrani didn't even have enough material to cover the entire time - he was padding for time at the end and dancing around the stage. Not the level of performance I'm used to a the Warner Theatre.

  • Maz is hilarious!!!

by Decko on 3/13/15Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

The show was non-stop laughs from the start. From the moment he danced on stage he had everyone in the audience engaged and laughing hysterically. If you haven't seen him in person...do it! He is totally worth it.

  • Worth every penny!

Maz is so funny and brilliant! I'm not Iranian but I felt right at home with his humor in reference to Middle Eastern people. His opening acts were very entertaining as well. And I love that he's not crass. I feel that too many comedians resort to cussing and talking about sex.

  • Everything about this show was funny!

by ComedyLovingLady on 3/9/15Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

I've never been to the Warner Theater before but it was a lovely venue with great staff, seats, and acoustics. But most importantly, the entire show was funny, from every one of the opening acts to the last joke Maz himself did. I only wish I'd seen him live before and had enough energy to go to the after party!

  • As Always Maz was amazing

by Mohandesss on 3/9/15Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great, Maz Jobrani was amazingly funny and entertaining. Although this time he had less political jokes which I have been a great fan of, However his material was new and great. The opening acts where also good, I really liked Amir, he was very funny. If you want to have a good time and great laughs don't miss his show.

Great way to spend an evening. Opening comedians were hilarious and being of Indian descent I could relate even though he was a Persian comedian.

The event was very well organized. Maz, as usual, was on his best and brought the house down with laughter. The book was a bonus. An extremely funny bonus :)
