Mayday is a Taiwanese rock band that was formed in the late 1990s with five members, Ashin (lead vocals), Monster (Guai Shou) (guitar), Stone (Shi Tou) (guitar), Masa (Ma-sha) (bass guitar) and Ming (Guan-You) (drums). Dubbed “Kings of the Rock Concert” by Asian media and “The Chinese Beatles” by The Washington Post, Mayday have released 9 albums to date, sold over 21 million concert tickets, won over 200 awards across the globe, including “Best Album” for their 2011 album Second Life and “Best Band” an unprecedented four times at the Golden Melody Awards (the Chinese Grammy's) in 2001, 2004, 2009, 2012. Mayday is one of the best-selling bands of all time, and their 9th album “THE HISTORY OF TOMORROW” has sold over 200 million copies worldwide to date. In 2017, Mayday was once again nominated for 7 awards at the Golden Melody Awards, including “Best Band”, “Best Composer”, and “Song Of The Year”.
When I was 12 I fell in love with this band and promised myself I would go to their concert one day. 13 years later my dream finally came true! It was so worth waiting for and I love every minute of it! It's even better than I imagined! A must see for anyone who loves Mayday!

Loved the spontaneous dialog Mayday shared with the attendees. 20 years of touring experience and 1 plus years of preparation ensured no dull moments during the entire performance. Even Ashin drinking water could be something they joked about. Always thought Mayday's songs were like lessons in life. Yesterday's performance re-affirmed my feelings.
Mayday is a very wellknown band fr Tawain. Their concert has never been despointing. It was an Amazing night! We were all singing along with them, and laughing at the jokes. Bring friends to see next time if they speak Chinese.
Love the concert and the smaller venue make the show even more enjoyable. Would love to see more Asian concerts at this location. Hope mayday return for another concert soon.

This was the first time I have been to “MayDay”. It was really amazing how they are able to sing 3 hours straight. I loved the show!
