Max Amini was funny and entertaining! We went with a whole bunch of cousins and we all laughed a lot and really enjoyed it! He had a special talent with interacting with the crowd and also speaking about meaningful things in between his acts. Thanks for a great show! My only complaint is that the seating, even though we were so close (EE) we couldn’t see great, but that is the theatre placement…

The chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The guests and employees passed the row to go to bar,… blocking the view and stepping on our feet,… never want to go back to the events in house of blues

Max Amini is hilarious! He uses everyday situations in his material which makes it easy to relate to -- even those not familiar with Persian culture. By the end of the show my hands were sore from clapping, my throat horse from laughing, and my stomach was also sore from laughing. Absolutely fabTABulous!!!

I was really disappointed with Max's attitude towards me. I'm a very young person and i made good money from my own pockets to afford first row. When the show began, he was asking someone in the audience a question, the person responded 2x but Max couldn't hear him , so i just repeated to max what the guy said and he tells me ''Shut up i didn't ask you''. Now you might think this is normal for a comedy show, but trust me, he was very rude and serious After the show when people were talking pictures, he was smiling with everyone and talking to them for a few seconds, with me he just said '' Hurry up there's lots of people waiting'' and his face is so stiff and angry in the picture that i don't even wanna share it on social media cause its obvious he did it on purpose. I can't say this is surprising since his personality on stage is not the same when he's off stage. He showed me his true colors. I regret going, i would have preferred to live with the lie that he's a funny charming guy.

Great show, first I heard of him earlier this year. Will definately recommend his show and gald that he wants to come back. Big LIKE!!!the entire show

The show itself was great but the seats and the theatre wasnt well organized .

Max Amini gave an outstanding performance. He engaged the audience and truly enjoyed himself while making the entire audience laugh for over an hour. It was a memorable night and I would highly recommend his show to others (Persian and non-Persian).

The theater was low-average in terms of quality. Max seemed to be copying Maz Jobrani in my opinion but towards the end he had some unique moves to himself.

This is my 2nd time to Cobb's comedy club. The very first time I attended Maz Jobrani's stand-up comedy which was amazing. And for this time I also really enjoyed every minute of Max Amini's show. I am looking forward to attending his next show in the bay area.
