Matute on Tour
Mexican pop cover band Matute is back on tour and celebrating a major milestone. The super-talented sextet, led by singer, producer and keyboardist Jorge D'Alessio, have been together for 15 years and are ready to take the party international. It's the perfect time for a quinceaĂąera, so you won't want to miss Matute's celebratory, one-of-a-kind QuinceaĂąera World Tour. The group's live shows are known for igniting crowds with wild, '80s-inspired stage displays and covers of the hottest hits from the '80s, like Madonna's "Holiday" or Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up." In true quinceaĂąera fashion, this might be Matute's most memorable and over-the-top tour yet, so make sure to get tickets while they're still available.Â
Matute Live in Concert
Named after a character in the popular Don Gato y Sus Gang '80s cartoon, Matute is a band that delivers nostalgia and positive vibes reminiscent of an era passed.2 The group formed in 2007 as the brainchild of Jorge D'Alessio. D'Alessio was working as a coordinator for brand-sponsored musical tours and brought together a group of musicians he met along the way to pay tribute to the music and energy of the '80s. Matute made their debut to an audience of just 14 people but quickly established their first live theme show at a nightclub south of Mexico City called The 80's Box Show. In 2009, the group recorded their self-financed debut studio album, Ochenterizzimo, featuring covers of Tina Turner's "What's Love Got to Do with It," Culture Club's "Karma Chameleon" and more. Between The 80's Box Show and the new album, Matute caught their big break. Mexican singer AnahĂ, formerly of pop group RBD, had become a fan and invited the band to open for her on multiple tours throughout 2010 and 2011. In 2013, Matute released the concert album En Vivo!, which earned double gold status in Mexico. Matute's fanbase continued to grow, and they won opening spots on other tours and their own self-titled Matute Show in Acapulco. Since then, they have released multiple chart-topping records, including 2016's duet album Poderes De Los Duetos FantĂĄsticos ÂĄActĂvense!, and will embark on their 15th anniversary QuinceaĂąera World Tour in 2022. Over the course of their career, Matute has played venues like Rosemont Theatre and House of Blues (San Diego) to capacity.

Is a fenomenal band!! Was a great concert. Los amo!!!
The concert was amazing! It was fun and upbeat from beginning to end. It was a great production. The only issue I had was with the venue. They did not have enough security and people were getting wild at the end, not staying in their seats, that type of thing.
Everything in one of the best bands. So talented and humble they love us fans like we love them . Keep bringing them back love them all.
