About

Former teen heartthrob Matt Goss has come a long way since his denim-clad days as lead vocalist and one third of ‘80s boy band Bros. With twin brother Luke taking care of the drums and vocals and bass player Craig Logan, Bros enjoyed a string of hit singles before disbanding in 1992. At the peak of their powers, Bros smashed records across the world, including being the first group to sell out Wembley Arena for a 15-night concert series. Just around the corner from the arena, Matt led Bros into the iconic Wembley Stadium, becoming the youngest man to headline the venue - an achievement he still holds today.
Upon embarking on his career as a solo artist, Goss released his debut album, The Key, in 1995. Changing direction to a more adult-oriented dance sound, Goss collaborated with producer Paul Oakenfold on trance inspired single “Firefly” in 2010. Focusing on writing rather than performing, brought Matt Goss a new found lease of success. In writing the theme for the US TV show So You Think You Can Dance and the track “Change Me,” as recorded by Akon and Keri Hilson, Goss opened himself up to a whole new market. The track “Lovely Las Vegas” was even used by NASCAR as a theme song, which led to Goss performing for 140,000 people at the NASCAR Las Vegas event.
Yet another direction change saw Goss reinvent himself as a Las Vegas headline act. Working with Robin Antin, whose previous credits include the Pussycat Dolls, to create a contemporary rendition of a classic Rat Pack era Vegas show, Matt Goss signed a lucrative three-year contract to headline Caesar's Palace in 2010, following in the footsteps of acts like Elton John and Celine Dion. The live show featured a nine-piece live band and a dance troupe, and is comprised of tracks from Goss's career alongside classic Rat Pack era tracks.
2013 saw the release of the album Life You Imagine, produced by Ron Fair, who has previously been at the helm of albums by Black Eyed Peas, Mary J Blige, U2, Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera. Fair enlisted the support of a full-sized Hollywood-style orchestra for the album, which contains both new original material and a big band reworking of the Bros hit When Will I Be Famous.

    A New Favorite

by WisconsinFans on 3/22/11Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

Great way to start our Vegas trip! I hadn't heard Matt Goss before, but I was blown away by his talent and passion. His entire band exhibited that same passion and joy that can only come when performing from the heart. It's the kind of magic that occurs only rarely in performances. The intimate setting was absolutely perfect. We will make this a regular part of every Vegas visit. Can't wait to download everyone of his songs.

    Goss oozes talent

by paigowlady on 3/6/11Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

Matt Goss is better than Buble' and Sinatra .. not an exaggeration! His voice is powerful and controlled and his personality shines through. He has a 3-piece horn section that rocks and a rhythm section that's astounding! All musicians are show-cased! He plays guitar and piano and has two really cute back-up singers.. and not least, 3 sexy dancing girls to compliment the show...the time flew by and the venue is intimate!

by Anonymous on 2/23/11Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

He's also a great musician, the band were great full of energy & the dancers very good. All in all a great show, very entertaining, got everyone involved. Matt came round to most of the tables & was around afterwards for a chat or photos. Is a must see if visiting Vegas my partner & I thoroughly enjoyed it although he was a bit dubious thinking of Bros but enjoyed the show as much as i did.

    Disappointed

by Buzzer10 on 2/15/11Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

It was not what I expected. Expected more like the Rat Pack type of music and songs. The Dirty Virgins detracted from the show. He shoudl be great without the Dirty Virgins. Definetly would have not paid more then $40 a ticket.

    Vegas chic

by Crowned on 2/14/11Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

The venue is perfectly intimate. Matt Goss can not only perform but he touched the hands of every single person in the room. Afterward, we stayed at the lounge & he came back- he was beyond charming & thankful to have us there then made sure to take pictures with each of the people in my party. Definitely a fun time!

    Fantastic

by Channer3 on 2/6/11Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

A great show - Matt pulled off a triumph. A true gent who made sure every member of the audience got a personal greeting. We were expecting a Rat Pack tribute but got about 50% of Matt's own material which was excellent.

    Excellent

by NWJV on 2/6/11Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

Mass Goss was my first Vegas show, and I can't think of a better way to spend an evening. Performances in a small venue are usually good, and this was no exception. From some old classics to some of his new stuff, Goss puts on a great show. Can't miss!

Matt has a voice that "SHINES"!

by MarylynnMunrow on 1/17/11Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

I have seen Matt's show at the Gossy room at The Palms Hotel when he first headlined in Vegas. Frankly, I think Matt needs to add some new songs. I would love to hear him again and again, but I need something more! If it's your first time to hear him...it won't be your last! Matt sings with such passion when he performs ballads that have true meaning to his heart! His show is sexy and fun! Although the venue is a little small and the drinks are over priced! The man needs to expand! Perhaps sing more of his own music or something else on the charts!

    Amazing Matt!

by Clairelucy on 1/10/11Caesars Palace - Las Vegas

What a great evening. My boyfriend was somewhat reluctant to go and see 'half of Bros', however, he thoroughly enjoyed Matt's gig and especially his Dirty Virgins (there was something for everyone;-)). It was a very intimate venue and we were right at the front! Bonus was meeting Matt afterwards and getting a hug ;-) If you're in Vegas and fancy a smaller intimate show after the big ones, definitely go and see this! Well done Matt, loved it :-)
