Masters Of Puppets Tickets

There were eight (mostly teenagers) and rocked out the entire time (had to get neck rubs later that night!). Have been to other Metallica cover band shows and this one was by far the best. Meeting the band after the show and getting autographs and pics was a lot of fun too.

Masters of Puppets is a great band that happens to play Metallica songs. The lead guitar player is too good to be there. They played all of the songs they should have played (of course they can't play them all because Metallica has so many) and they didn't play any of the songs they should not have played (like those new songs that all song the same). The Cave is a great venue and they always have great opening acts (like Dianthus, who we've seen twice now).

The show was amazing except for the phone call that he made to the producer we really don't need to hear that I mean granted he was one that formed and help with Metallica, the phone call definitely not necessary not what I paid for.

I hope it's not too long before these guys return to Las Vegas and hope they return to the Cannery. Have seen many shows there and it's my favorite venue - even if it isn't the closest to me. We arrived early enough to choose a table in our favorite area. The band started on time and covered all the Metallica songs I wanted to hear. Sound was balanced, (love it loud) vocalist was personable - at times walking through the audience and bumping fists while singing and playing. Lead guitarist, drummer, bassist - all very impressive! They promised an ass kicking and did not disappoint. Thanks, I needed that!

Found out about this show a couple days before, and being the huge Metallica fan that I am, I had to check them out. Masters of Puppets do NOT dissapoint!! Sounds just like the real deal, and the on-stage mannerisms are spot on. I would definitely like to see them again!

There's not much different to say than what's already been said about this band. A great collection of musicians playing, performing and showing tremendous respect to one of the most important and influential groups in music history. Every song these guys cover is so spot on that it's almost scary.

Masters of Puppets did a great tribute to Metallica. Front man did an accurate James, and they sounded close to the real thing.

Anyone wanting to know how great this was just needs to read my review of the Friday night show. Not only was the music, show and playing out of this world, the band only did 4 of the same songs that they did the night before. They turned over 2/3rds of the set list!!! Even if the performance hadn't been up to Friday's standard, the cojones they showed by doing almost an entirely different set deserves to be applauded LOUDLY!!! The fact that the show was every bit as great as Friday's was the icing on the cake. Why so many different songs? Their explanation was that they wanted to give any fans going to both shows different songs to hear. How great is that?

Wow. What a great experience and show this was. I'm not the biggest metal fan around-Metallica is about as heavy as I like my music and even though I like their music plenty I'm not what anyone would call a superfan-but the performance these guys put on was just out of this world. These guys completely validated my decision to see the real thing during their tour when they play in Glendale, AZ in early August. Great, heavy, thundering music played with the respect it deserves and has rightly earned since Metallica made their name and presence known over 30 years ago. Just fabulous.

Note for note tribute. excellent. Just a note to have the stagehand girl tune the guitar backstage or wear a bikini.
