Through his relentlessly punchy writing and expert delivery, Mark Normand is quickly becoming one of the most talked about comedians on the scene. He most recently self-released a one-hour special "Out To Lunch" on YouTube, which has quickly amassed over 2.4 million views. An extremely prolific stand-up, he previously had a one-hour and a half hour Comedy Central special and has made an unparalleled seven appearances on "Conan," three appearances on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon," and one appearance on both "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and "The Late Late Show with James Corden." Mark can also be heard on his multiple appearances on "The Joe Rogan Experience," dubbed by Jerry Seinfeld as the "best young up and coming comic," or on his own podcast "Tuesdays with Stories."
Born and raised in New Orleans, surprisingly to two normal parents, he spent most of his childhood making short films and wetting the bed.
Great show, I’ve been to 5-6 big name stand up shows in the last year and Mark is just as if not funnier than any of them. Really really enjoyed the show. Best opener I’ve seen at a show hands down.

The show was good, but it was one of my least favorite comedy shows. I wouldn’t see him again. There was a lot of time at the end doing improv with the audience, but he didn’t seem to want to engage during most of it. It was akin to what Patton Oswalt does, but Oswalt is much, much better. We also saw John Mulaney recently, who was also in another class.
The opener was great really funny. When Mark came out he was really great for the first hour but then people started shouting stuff out and he did encouraged. It was very annoying. I wish he would have finished his set stronger. Probably won’t go see him again.

Venue was absolute trash. I’m only 5’5 and the chair in front of my was practically touching my knees. Made it very uncomfortable for everyone in the row for bathroom breaks. Started over 30 min late, mark ran out of material halfway through and started leaning on the crowd to yell out topics. He’s a badass comedian but this just didn’t tickle my lady pickle worth the $300 I spent for tickets and $100+ on 8 beers
Mark is a legend! His creativity and limitless, natural talent makes him the best comedian of our times.
Personally speaking, watching mark & his opener ( who is from Texas originally) was greatness to watch from second row, I consider myself extremely lucky to be one of thousands in the audience s/o to majestic theatre & its team for making it happen.
Many comedians turn to turn a show into a TED talk and focusing on specific audience member for a lengthy period of time; Mark did not, which was great! However the last half an hour of audience call-outs works in a smaller intimate setting, doing it in a theater just seemed like chaos.
Was expecting better. Apparently, he is testing some new material which probably made it less entertaining. Also the last half hour was spent interacting with the audience which wasn't that entertaining to me.
One of the best if not the best comedian right now.
First of all, the Hershey Theater is a beautiful venue. The experience itself was a bit lackluster. Between the opener and the main act, the show was about an hour and 45 minutes tops. The line for drinks was wrapped down the staircase from the 3rd floor, and there was no warning that the bar would close shortly after the show started. The opener did a very short set. It was okay. Mark Normand was funny. He spent too much time listening to people call out topics from the audience instead of continuing with his own act. Overall, it appeared as a shorten show because he was not prepared with his own jokes for a long enough time. I wouldn’t see him again. I wouldn’t recommend him either.
Mark Normand was hilariously funny! His crowd work was great. Hershey theater always has a great setup and sound. We will definitely be back for more shows and concerts.
It was an absolute blast. If you can take a joke and you actually enjoy comedy then you should go see him live. I'll definitely be going to see him again soon.

Mark’s material is always fresh, original, witty, and edgy without jumping the shark. His pace, timing, and delivery is his secret power. Loved the show!!
The two opening acts didn't really get the crowd going, they were both a little low energy and the material didn't get more than chuckles and a couple of good laughs. Within about 60s of hitting the stage Mark had the crowd laughing out loud and the energy in the room sky rocketed. Slow start but it was a great show.
Mark Normand was great. First time seeing him, and will definitely see him again, but there were two people sitting right in front of me who talked (loudly) the entire time, even after we asked them to stop. So, I would've had a better time, and I tried not to let them ruin it, but they kinda did.
I’d say about 30% of the show made me laugh out loud. About half of it just felt awkward though because it was either offensive or raunchy. Depending on your sense of humor though, he may be hilarious. The venue is nice.
