    Mariachi's Rock

by KW on 5/9/23Kupferberg Center for the Arts - Queens

This Cinco De Mayo celebration was informative as to the meaning of the holiday and entertaining. The musicians were excellent and the show progressed beautifully. The dancers and costumes were excellent. They concert had a "grand Finale" where they all played the Harp. There was some great audience participation and a very funny, charasmatic older gentlemen who was a amazing musician and singer. My only suggestion to bridge all cultures, is to have more translation into English. The audience was laughing, but English speaking patrons did not know what was being said. Great show, tho.

    Not enough variety

by Mo on 5/9/23Kupferberg Center for the Arts - Queens

There wasn’t enough dancing, it was basically just all music. No stage decor either. Since it was for 5 de Mayo it shld have been more festive. Too much discourse - thanking everyone even Abraham Lincoln. It was a bit ridiculous.
