Mariachi Festival Tickets

It started at 8pm and ended around midnight. Each performer (there were 5) got a perfect amount of time, not too much not too little. The best mariachi groups were present, hopefully the same ones next year!!! Shaila Durcal and Antonio Aguilar Jr. were amazing!! Just like Rocio and Antonio Sr. (en paz descansen). The only thing I could have done without was the table seating. The chairs were very uncomfortable (would have preferred movie theatre/concert seats). Although the tables were all on one platform, the stage is fairly elevated so if you sat behind someone taller than you it's not a problem. There were also those overhead screens where you could see the video taped performance. Since the concert was part of the tequila festival there was a bar where anyone 21+ could drink during the concert. I was fortunate to not sit next to any drunk people but there were a couple walking around. Overall I don't regret using my money for this concert and I would come next year for sure!!!

I didn't make it to Tucson this year and this was just great.

For those who enjoy latin or mariachi music, this was a very entertaining show. The talent of the musicians at this festival was excellent.

WORTH THE WAIT. No one can top the Mariachi Sol De Mexico De Jose Hernandez band. They were excellent, versatile musicians with a professional performance from every member. They sang to the audience and with the audience. Jose Hernandez spoke a little English for the benefit of the minority who love their music as well. They looked like they were enjoying themselves and so did we. We will go out of our way to see a repeat performance.

All of the mariachis in this were played with great enthusiasm and had a great selection of music, but it was Mariachi Vargas with their singer's and superb sound that stood out the most. It was all great, but even if it was just mariachi Vargas, I would see it again. They make our country proud.
