About

GRAMMY® Award-nominated songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Wolfgang Van Halen continues to separate Mammoth from the pack. The music stands alone on a foundation anchored by his impressive sonic proficiency (across drums, bass, keys, and guitar) and airtight arena-size hooks with unforgettable vocals. He harbors an irresistible signature sound, inventive vision, and incomparable identity vaunted by a fervent global fanbase. For as unique as the music is, his story so far proves to be just as unprecedented. This is arguably the first hard rock act to genuinely break out from ground zero in the 2020's, generating north of 100 million streams, toppling charts, and selling out headline tours less than five years since its debut. Back in 2021, Mammoth's first offering, Mammoth WVH, took flight, bowing at #12 on the Billboard 200 and capturing #1 on three Billboard charts--Top Hard Rock Albums, Top Independent Albums, and Top Rock Albums. "Distance" soared as the first of two #1 Rock Radio Hits and earned a GRAMMY® Award nomination for "Best Rock Song." Two years later, Mammoth II only saw him pick up the pace. It debuted in the Top 5 of the Billboard Top Album Sales Chart in addition to bringing him back to #1 on the Top Hard Rock Albums Chart. It incited widespread applause from Rolling Stone, Guitar World, GRAMMY.com, Classic Rock, American Songwriter, and KERRANG! The band canvased the globe with Metallica and Pantera and supported Foo Fighters in North America as well as filling houses on their own. They performed on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel LIVE!, at MusiCares 2024 gala in honor of Jon Bon Jovi, and Wolf took the stage at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame® Induction of Ozzy Osbourne. Now, Wolfgang pushes forward on Mammoth's third full-length solo LP, The End [BMG].

I took my son with me and we had an awesome time. Memories are so important these days and this is one we won’t forget. It was a beautiful evening and the bands I can’t speak any higher of them. Return to dust was not what I expected, but man they put on a hell of show. Myles just rocks as always. Which just leaves Mammoth. This is the fourth time I’ve seen them, I swear the just keep better. Again thank you and Wjrr so much for this experience. JRR will always be the only station I listen to. Looking forward to the shows upcoming as well.

What a awesome show this was!! If you get a chance to see Mammoth do not pass it up. These guys are very talented. I seen them open up for Creed and I said then that I needed to see them live as a headliner. The place was packed from wall to wall and everyone had a great time. Did not get a good view of the bands due to everyone standing but it still was a great show!! Love to see them again where I can see and sit down to enjoy better. But over all....AWESOME SHOW!!

This is the third time I’ve seen Wolfgang and his crew. Love the house of blues, but he’s gonna need a bigger venue from start to finish really really good. The band is very tight. Can’t wait to see him again.🎸🇺🇸

The next time they come to town you won't want to miss this band! Mammoth has their own sound and it is so good! All of the band members play with such great focus and energy. You can tell they love performing! Wolfgang has a great sense of humor noticed by the things he said between songs.

What a show! Mammoth are incredible instrumentalists and performers. I enjoyed this show tremendously, and hope to see them live again soon! If you like fantastic musicianship and good rock (maybe on the heavier side?), I cannot recommend Mammoth enough.

If you want a rockin’ night out, get your tix for Mammoth w/ Myles Kennedy and Return To Dust. All three brought their full RnR game and result is a stellar stage show with some of the best rock music being played today. You will not be disappointed.

  • Mammoth-The End Tour, Houston, TX

    by Rita.C on 11/6/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Simply WOW! Enjoyed thoroughly. The instruments, arrangements, harmony in songs, vocals, quality of sound and lighting, was all immensely tight/in sync. Loved the modified version of “Stone”. “Optimist” was the best for me. Could not believe how good these guys were live with well-thought out performances of each song on the set list. Got more than what I paid for as Myles Kennedy performed almost 6-8 songs and it was phenomenal as always with the 3-person band, Myles’ godly voice, and his awesome stage presence. After Myles Kennedy, Mammoth was like huge ice cream on a cake. Non-stop excellent performance for almost 2.5 hours with Myles + Mammoth. Loved everything and will definitely go again 😍

  • Mammoth with special guest Myles Kennedy

by DirtBoy Trucker on 11/5/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

How can I put this performance into words that properly express how powerful and energetic and even electrifying this night was. The opening band was a complete throwback to 92 with needs atomic dustbin meets silver chair. Return to dust is a tight group that is keeping grunge alive and well. Myles killed it with those powerful vocals and amazing guitar skills. He's been at the top of my RockGod list for a long time. There isn't a better pairing then Myles and mammoth. I mean he's fronting solo, he's got the conspirators, Slash's snake pit and the mighty alterbridge. He's busy to say the least. And now we have the man of the year, Wolfgang Van Halen. I have been a fan of his since he was just a kid playing along side his dad. I've also been a huge fan of his mom since the 70s even before I discovered Van Halen. It's just not enough to say his family genes are blessed. Yes his uncle and dad are goated in rock royalty, but Wolf took that knowledge and rose to a new level of talent. He's an amazing guitarist, a skilful drummer, an outstanding vocalist and even hits the piano when the mood strikes. So how do I sum this night up in few words? MUST SEE. THATS IT. Do not miss this show. Stop reading this and get tickets now, if you are any kind of a fan of rock or if you like a few songs by these guys, you will not be disappointed. Go now, get out and support these talented guys🤘🏼

  • A “Mammoth” show!!

by Ibejaybird on 11/5/25House of Blues Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

First, Return to Dust, a band I’d never heard of did an impressive job of kicking ass AND connecting with the audience as only seasoned professionals can. Then Myles Kennedy did what he does, masterfully weaving his blues infused melodies with that silky voice that is instantly recognizable. And then comes Mammoth WVH. Raw unbridled in your face power coupled with his humble yet infectious personality, his vocal range and guitar mastery along with backing musicians who are equally talented, all putting on a visually and aurally stimulating concert. This concert did not disappoint and I would go as far as to say was probably the best show I have seen this year
