Wish there was more vendors and a little more organized … I can go to most craft fairs in the state for way less and have the same experience if not better!!!
Maine Harvest Festival offered a variety of food themed items to appease the palate and sight. Cooking related items (aprons, utensils, cutting boards, ), meats (steaks, jerky, sausages, brisket, etc), goat cheeses, soaps, desserts (donuts, creme horns, cookies, etc), wine and spirits, BBQ sauces, marinades, hit sauces, spices and rubs, Candies, jellies and jams. The list is long and quite a spectacle to see and enjoy. Definitely worth the time taken to attend event.
I’m confused, what do you think of when you read, harvest festival you think of vegetables, right? But the photo above shows chairs lined up and people all dressed up. Can someone put a little more detail in what this harvest festival is all about. Because the photo above looks like a church service.
