by kabej on 4/7/14Library of Congress - WashingtonEsfahani is a most improbable musician. He is both serious and humorous, off-putting and engaging, formal and relaxed -- all at the same time. He has found his niche, and is just being himself, and is a tremendous talent. As a result, he is both an artist and an entertainer. He has fun playing the harpsichord his way, and so can we. it was infectous, and the audience was thoroughly appreciative.
