About

Madonna launched her debut tour in 1985 -- The Virgin Tour -- in the United States and Canada. Shortly thereafter, she toured the world for the first time, embarking in 1987 in support of Who's That Girl. Over the ensuing four decades, Madonna would ignite the world with the most controversial and dynamic pop shows ever mounted, selling out nearly every tour -- in its entirety -- in seconds. To date, Madonna has performed about 700 shows across 11 concert tours, generating over $1 billion in ticket sales, and is the highest-grossing female touring artist of all time.

    Amazing legendary show by Madonna!

by Joseph on 4/23/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

One of the best concert experiences I've had. Madonna came on right on time after the opening act and gave the performance of a lifetime. People talked about heat, but it was just warm, not uncomfortable. Madonna knows how to keep you engaged the entire time. There was so much happening from the imagery on the screens, stellar dancers, set decorations and effects and of course M as the pivotal focus every time she was on stage. The aerials and fire effect were exhilarating and the touching moments of memorial to friends who've passed due to AIDS drew many tears. Moody Center is a top notch venue, very clean and fresh. I didn't want the evening to end!

    It was great, but…

by Aud on 4/23/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

I wish she had used the catwalk closer to my section (moody center in Austin, Tx sec 105)…instead she used the one in the middle or on the opposite side of the arena and only walked on the one close to our side one time during crazy for you. That was my only complaint. She never faced our side or sang to our side of the arena so I felt neglected ☺️

Stupid hot. Uncomfortably hot for that kind of money and audience.

    Still Amazing-Still Fierce!!!

    by Summer Nova on 4/21/24

Yes it was hot. Yes she starts when she’s ready. And yes- she puts on an amazing show. Still. After all these years. Still unapologetically herself. Still with the best dancers in the business. Still one of the fiercest and hardest working women in music. I can’t imagine a world without Madonna in it. Don’t you dare stop yet, M!

    An incredible artist!

by Penn5heart on 4/21/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

I absolutely loved Madonna in concert. She is so forward thinking and acceptable of all people. Her music evokes great emotions and thoughts. I adored her outfit of the western influence.

    Disappointed

by Patsy on 4/20/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

Madonna's concert starts real late, so it was impossible to stay longer. We didn't get to see her.. We needed to get back to the Greyhound bus station to board our bus to San Antonio, Tx.

    Madonna concert

by Doris on 4/20/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

One of the best performances ever. But she came on stage 2 hours late with no opening act. It was extremely hot in there.

The wife love the show and so did I

by RickR on 4/19/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

I bought the tickets for my wife as a birthday present, the initial show was postponed, a new date for the show was announced which it worked better for our schedule, my wife love the show and everyone looked pumped up at the venue. I enjoyed seeing my wife enjoying the show, she always goes with me to concerts of my choice ( Metal Music ) so it was her turn to relax. The venue was a little hot and Madonna started late, but if you know Madonna that’s how all her shows are. The actual venue was well prepared to receive 1000s of people, food and favorite beverages were strategically located around the venue, very minimal waiting. In conclusión We had a great time.

    So so

by Musician on 4/19/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

Hot and humid. Distorted sound. Long stretches of music and dancing, interuped be occasional singing.

    This show was HOT (literally)

by Dave on 4/19/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

Madonna puts on a great show, but she doesn’t make it easy on her audience. The venue temp felt like it was set at about 80 degrees. I did see a disclaimer after I had gotten to the show that stated per Madonna’s request the venue will be a bit warm. Luckily I happened to wear shorts. Also the show didn’t start til 10:30. I decided to leave at 12:30 and there was still about 4 more songs left in her set. Overall, I enjoyed it, but it could have been so much more enjoyable.

    Miserable

by Theopa on 4/19/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

Although the show itself was amazing the time delay in getting started (2 hours late) as well as the required temperature (85 degrees) in the venue was miserable. i couldn't enjoy the concert comfortably. we were all sitting there sweating like in a sauna - being from Texas we are used to being able to enjoy an event indoors with the AC on - i have never been to a indoor event where it was so hot and sticky that i couldn't enjoy myself. I was so annoyed by the time the concert was over i just wanted to get out of the building and go home.

    Too hot!

by RCar on 4/19/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

Madonna’s instruction to have the venue hot ruined my experience. It was not an outdoor venue. To make it worse, there’s a huge fire pit effect that she uses that added to the heat for the duration of the show. If you’re not a fan of saunas, be warned. Otherwise, I think I would have loved the show. Her dancers were amazing!

At 65 Madge still got it!

by Honger on 4/19/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

It was her last show in NA. One of her best performances! As always such a great show. It was stinking hot in Moody Stadium, Austin. I was hot in a tank top. Madonna’s in leather singing & dancing. The ultimate professional & such a trooper. She was probably dying but it didn’t show in her performance.

by Tommy on 4/18/24Moody Center ATX - Austin

So much fun! The show was amazing as to be expected. Madonna sounded great and sang so many hits. Her fans are FANATICAL and everyone I saw was having the best time. Yes it was late as usual and hot, but so what? Totally worth it to watch one of the all time greatest entertainers live.
