Mac McAnally Tickets

My friend and I knew we had to see this show due to grieving our Jimmy Buffett and Mac did not disappoint! Him and Scotty and dang… can’t remember the coral reefer drummer but him too put on a fabulous tribute to Jimmy. The venue wasn’t bad. Wish we could have had seats but we survived. And alcohol was super expensive but I guess that’s everywhere now. But the show itself… the best! Thanks Mac for helping with all of us Parrotheads that are grieving even when you weren’t feeling your best and grieving yourself. ❤️

A (relatively) intimate environment for a memorable hour and 45 minutes. 2 guitars and a drummer,2 of them Coral Reefers. What could go wrong ? Nothing! Mac McAnally's perspective made what could have been a sad occasion joyous by adding 30 years (40 ?More ?) of Jimmy insights into the evening. Scotty's vocals were also spot 0n. (Reefers ! Looking for a singer/guitar player to keep going? Mac found him for you!). I drove to Greensboro from Atlanta for this experience, and would do it again. I have already tried to get tickets at another venue, but all sold out. No farther than 5 hours from Atlanta , please.

The concert was great and well worth the price. However at our age,60, we had a hard time standing the whole time. Prob won’t go back to that venue unless we have seats

I have seen Mac before, and his talent stands on his own as the CMA knows. However, with the recent passing of Jimmy Buffett, and Mac continually referring to him in the present, the stories shared meant so much more. Scotty Emerick too is an incredible talent and blended so well with the theme of the show. Eric Darken’s presence and skills so rounded out the show.

My wife and I were truly delighted. The level of talent is at the top of the industry. Loved every minute and story!

Great venue, excellent entertainment. Mac and Scotty honored Jimmy Buffett, while blending in each of their own music. Their picking and singing was outstanding. Some great storytelling. A fantastic night of entertainment.

Piedmont Hall is all standing room only. Mac was awesome, but standing that long was tough.

This show was amazing. Scotty was amazing too, what a great duo. They were staying at my hotel too and we got to chat for a bit and things privately after the show. It was a special night.

Mac as always was awesome. We have seen him many times in key west and he is awesome.

The sound and views at the Birchmere are always really good. Parking is easy in and out. My only critique is they seemed to be short handed on servers....but who isnt these days.

Seeing Mac McAnally in person was one of the best, inspirational and awe inspiring concerts we seen. And the icing on the top was he was doing this for charity. The man is an incredible musician, never stopped performing and was such a great story teller. He sees the beauty, the hurt, the happy and the ordinary in every situation and it puts it to music beautifully. He is down to earth and so very easy to just imagine sitting on your porch talking to best friend. Loved every minute of it, wish he’d been his own opening act so we could have heard more! Seems to be a really great, grounded and sincere human! We need more Macs in our life! Hope to see him again! Iuka says hello!

I wasn’t real familiar with Mr McAnally, my wife dragged me there. I was blown away. He has to be one of if not the best guitar players in the world. In addition he has a great singing voice, a fun personality and is a world class songwriter. I enjoyed this concert more than any I’ve ever been to and I am not really a country music fan. Why he isn’t better known I don’t know. If you get the chance go see him.

We have seen Mac by himself as well as with the coral reefer band! He puts on an excellent show! He kept apologizing for telling stories about his songs but I have to say having the background of the songs makes them that much more special! He is an amazing artist on his instruments! A good singer, a great storyteller, and just a really NICE person. A genuine down-home, humble and gentle human being! Sharing his mothers love of music brought a touch of connection to me! And his gentle good humor makes you laugh out loud!

What a great night! Mac was warm and entertaining both in his personality and without a doubt as a musician. The venue was the perfect size for an intimate night of entertainment both comfortable and easy to access. After the performance Mac stayed and signed autographs, taking time to talk to everyone. Just love him!

It was great to see Mac for the 3rd straight time at the Birchmere. He keeps getting better and better. We loved his down home manner and story-telling skills. We will definitely see him at the Birchmere if he comes again!
